Waterfront Park - Saratoga Springs (NY)

5 /5 Jeff Dur: This is a nice park with beautiful lake view. You will enjoy the view and you will find picnic tables around to rest or have a quick picnic. I didnt see grills there so I dont think this is an option if you are considering that. There is a small lake beach where I saw kids enjoying water with adult supervision, nice entry for kayak and paddles. Overall good experience for family.

5 /5 Dream Co. Media: This is a hidden gem. Usually a little on the crowded side but still plenty of room for a toddler. They have a small beachfront access and shallow swimming in the lake, a volleyball pit turned giant sand play area, trees and picnic tables in the shade, a public bathroom, and (if you dont mind climbing 2 sets of stairs which of course the toddlers loooove lol) a new playground area up top. This is a great way to cool down for a few hours with a variety of play options and great for families of mixed ages. Parking is a struggle but theres always extra parking up top!

5 /5 Alpha Foxtrot: nice place to relax, but bring your own food and equipment.. its a small hidden gem, an actual nice park for picnic and enjoy the water... parking is very limited but more up in the street

5 /5 lake mcdougall: Your moment of zen • clean pocket park* on Saratoga Lake.. gazebo, picnic tables, bbq, accessible parking, small walk up boat launch for non-motorized craft (kayak etc), rest rooms, small sandy beach area, a few geese and a wonderful view. Wintertime is serene; summer.. not so much. Perfect for youngsters or a moment by yourself. Entrance: via the park upper parking lot on Crescent * Pocket park: small, a mini-park
