2 /5 Kayla Martinez: Yep, lost my business. I went there twice before and can understand people complaining about how dirty and unprofessional it is but thought that her skills overshadowed that... But I was fooling myself. First time didnt even get the color right but I liked the color so whatever. Second time, I waited literally 6 hours and couldnt get all I needed done. Left with the job half completed. Third time, I tried getting a dye and was told I was too late for it at 1:00??? Not even a notification on the website about this. Thank God I didnt pay the cab fare to go there. Whats more, they dont care! And they let you know they dont care! They only cater to their regulars, although how do you become a regular with such pisspoor service from the get? Just not worth the headache since my hair wasnt turned into gold for all my struggle. Prices are reasonable in my opinion, hence 2 stars and not 1.
