They’re empathetic towards your time, and will constantly lie and tell you you’re next. The providers bedside manners are absurd, and requesting medication is like pulling teeth! That includes work orders/requisitions as well. The staff here is a disappointment to the Montefiore name. Overall it seems that Montefiore would rather their boost in numbers for patients rather than patient care being top tier. Nurses feel that patients waiting for hours is okay because they are “busy” or tired. You signed up for this job, DO your JOB

Likewise, the facility was visibly clean, and the care given to patients post procedure, exceptional. Additionally, I observed them interacting with their patients, and they knew each. It was quite remarkable and refreshing to witness.
