Dawn mello Today was my first visit to Dr. David. I was expecting the same treatment Ive received at every other doctors. But when I came into the office, the receptionist was really friendly. That was a good beginning. Then when the nurse was walking me to the room, I passed by Dr. David and he said Hi Dawn. That was different and I was taken aback, but in such a good way. No Doctor has ever been personable or friendly with me before. I had a good feeling afterwards. The nurse was so friendly, just a great experience. So Dr. David came in, shook my hand and asked me so many questions, I wasnt used to that either. Hes friendly, genuinely cares and goes out of his way to explain everything to where you can understand confusing situations. Im so happy I found Dr. David, hes a diamond in the rough. Im happy the last Doctor I was going to, had to drop me because her sister, who was my Doctor, was on medical leave. Every Doctor I have ever seen, has always made me feel like I was an annoyance and I was bothering them or refused to answer questions. I literally stopped taking care of myself because I was tired of being treated horrible. Im so happy I came across these people and Dr. David. I have never felt so much hope like I did today after meeting him. Its nice to meet a Doctor who genuinely wants to help and wants to know everything that is ailing me. Im sorry for going on here, but Im so happy and I feel blessed. Every thing happens for a reason. Im almost tempted to call the last Doctor and thank her. If you truly want a Doctor whos willing to help you, I suggest you run, not walk, to see Dr. David.

Cora Ordway So I have been going to Dr David for about 7 years. He is absolutely amazing !! He was even on the cover of TIME magazine!! He is literally one of the smartest Drs around. One time I woke up and couldnt move my wrist and fingers. I was afraid I had a stroke. I went to ER were they said the cat scan wasnt showing a stroke however they didnt know what the cause was. I went to Dr David the next day and he knew right away what it was and called his personal friend to get me in right away !! He treats me like Im family, he always takes his time and actually listens. So if your looking for an amazing , caring , smart Dr give a try !! You wont be disappointed!!

Mary Ann Weber I want to thank all the staff of Albany Med all that they did for my brother. I give them all the credit in the world. They were very patient with him and they did the best they could do for him. We are lucky to have such wonderful nurses, doctors and staff.

Michael Rawson I am fortunate to have found this practice, the Department of Medicine/ART, in particular Dr. Cynthia Miller and NP Kathleen Ryan Purcell. They are extremely knowledgeable, their office is one of the most coordinated and efficient practices and all associates treat you with genuine compassion and care.

Siobhan MacLeod Went in for a yearly mole check. The office staff were very courteous and helped me with the portal log in. I met with Leena Brown and her nurse who were both amazing. Took their time with me and removed two problem areas. Very satisfied with the entire office and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Bob Munro I had a mole-like growth on my arm and a filled growth on my back. I’m awaiting the biopsy results for my arm but both growths were taken care of by Leena Brown and her MA Courtney and they made the experience both pain and worry free. They were both so professional, caring, courteous and friendly that it made the whole experience so much better than expected. I highly recommend both of these professionals.

Bob W Very bad , makes you wait in the room for over an hour and when asked how long we have to wait more , the front desk secretary rudely replies by saying its not been 2 hours yet so keep waiting. So you think other peoples time is worthless?staff is not good. No complains about doctor.

Sharon Pushman I took my 17 year old for a consult to have her compacted wisdom teeth removed. She is on the autism spectrum and although very high functioning, she gets anxious. The office was very pleasant from the moment we walked in. Reception was helpful at check in and put her and me both at ease. The assistant explained everything to us nicely and thoroughly. Then the doctor came in and graciously answered our questions. We both felt that it was a great experience and have her upcoming surgery scheduled.

Brandon Porter Awesome place! Just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out yesterday and was super nervous about it, however both the nurses and doctors helped make me feel right at ease! Procedure was done before I knew it and have experienced very little to no pain so far in the recovery process! Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Patrick Cartwright I feel compelled to write a review here because Dr. Baler is just the best medical professional I have encountered. He is a no nonsense, but tell you everything kind of expert. I feel very confident that he is providing the best, most up to date and caring medical advice. I trust him. I agree with others that his office is well run and friendly. Thank you, Dr. Baler, for being the very model of a professional. Highly recommended.

George Blatsos I have been going to This Very VA FOR WELL OVER 30 NOW. Granted it was like Jungle General 30 Years Ago. But now with a Major up-grade and much better Doctors. I NIW GET THE BEST CARE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT I HAVE TO GO TO. GREAT CARE. AND IF THEY CAN’T DO IT IT GET’S SENT OUT FOR CARE. THE CARE THEY SEND YOU TO IS PERFECT.

Ivan colon The Orthopedics Unit is terrible. They ask you to get blood and ekg at a local clinic which takes alot of time. Doesnt matter if youre in agony. Appointments are a month or two out for everything. You need an MRI, that will be 4 months of waiting. Rediculous!

Zoë Maldonado I wasnt sure what to expect when Dr. Devito came into the room with his strong and booming personality lol! He seemed intimidating at first but turned out to be kind. He addressed all my concerns, and was gentle with the check up -- which, if youve ever gotten something put all the way up your nose into your throat -- not fun at all. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Stacy Lewis I was pleasantly surprised and encouraged after calling recently to make an appointment for my husband. We were able to schedule an appointment for less than a week away and the man I spoke to was very helpful on the phone. He listened well even though the call went quickly everything was correctly scheduled. I’m excited to get some solutions figured out for my husband’s deviated septum. The plan is to schedule a septoplasty surgery to solve chronic sinus infections and post nasal drip issues. Update: We got a solution without surgery! My husband is doing great on the prescription that he was given and it has helped tremendously. We thought we already tried medicines and this wouldn’t be different or help, but it has!

Laura Passantino My husband Vincent had shoulder surgery on January 2nd with Dr. Tenuta. It went very well. He received outstanding care from this doctor plus all staff involved. They checked and double checked every step. From anesthesiologist to release all were professional and very caring. Passing the desk on the way out I thanked everyone at the nurses station for taking such good care of him! “We love our veterans!” was the reply. Fisher house was amazing as well! We are also grateful for every department at Stratton for his continuous care.

Theodore Bielawa My Uncle Frank J Bielawa was admitted to the /Albany /VA the first week of December recovering from Pneumonia and Covid-19. He unfortunately suffered a massive stroke just days into his recovery and is now receiving End of Life care. Frank is a 99 year old WW2 Veteran and the care hes receiving from the VA Staff on 8th Floor/ B Corridor has been Outstanding. The attending staff across all 3 shifts has attended to my uncle keeping him comfortable and clean in such a respectful and professional manner, its been overwhelming from my past experiences visiting other private facilities. For Veterans who are in need of Medical Help and Assistance, the Albany VA and the Staff of the 8 Floor are the Standard for Excellence in Veteran Care. On behalf of my Uncle Frank who has lost the ability to communicate, thank you , thank you , thank you ...10 Stars

Mr. Vacca Great service and staff. I was running a half hour late to my appointment and called in advance to let them know I was going to be late. They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!

Michael Solla Dr. Pans office is fantastic! It is clean and welcoming. His staff is efficient and friendly on the phone and in person. Their organization and happy demeanor is a reflection of the leadership within the office. As a fellow medical provider Dr. Pan is at the top of the list in knowledge and courtesy. He is thorough and makes sure that no matter what he will make the best decision for you. Thanks Dr. Pan I will be referring patients to you!

Sakina Hussaini If I could give this place a zero star I would. They are delaying patients care because they are so unprofessional and rude. My grandma had an appointment although she had two insurances somehow their “system” was picking only the one that they don’t accept. They have rescheduled her insurance for almost twice because even with me telling them and the cards they were not able to find the primary insurance. My grandma’s appointment was urgent and then delaying it made me so mad that I had to talk to Manager. The manager was so rude and loud and all she said was that she couldn’t by pass the system and that my grandma has a cheap insurance that they thought they don’t take . Although my grandma is 73 yrs old and she herself doesn’t work to obtain an expensive insurance.

Patrick Doran Went to a conference today. Had to park on the top of the garage. No problem there. When we went into the staircase, there was a severe smell of feces and urine. There was literally poo on the stairs in 2 spots. Cigarette butts and bottles spread throughout the sides of the stairwell. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! The bathroom smells like urine too. Plug in air fresheners dont help.

Andrenia Figueroa My overall experience was great. I checked in on Saturday and immediately went to the bar area for food and was immediately welcomed by a smile from a server. The following morning I went down for breakfast and that welcoming smile was my server. His name is Eugene. While I sat by myself, Eugene made me feel comfortable. His professionalism, respect and conversation made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. I observed him with other patrons as well and he gave them the same respect and courtesy. Thank you Eugene. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kenya, she was also welcoming.

A C By far the ABSOLUTE WORST lab experience I have ever had. It is the next day and I am still upset. The phlebotomist was a complete basket case and highly unprofessional to both myself, the patient, and her coworkers. I dont feel my tests were handled properly and have zero confidence that the right tests were even done. She obviously doesnt handle stress well and made a frustrating situation unbearable. I have never been so upset in all the years that I have faithfully been a patient at Albany Med.

Jessie Morgan My son had to have surgery and I was obviously a very concerned mother. I had never been to the South campus of Albany Med before. From start to finish, this facility was top notch. The care provided to my son, myself and my parents was excellent from the registration process to the waiting room to the nurses, the doctors, the Anesthetists, the surgeon and the aftercare. Every aspect of this place was excellent! So much kindness and care!

D Taras The last place I want to be is in an emergency animal hospital . It’s scary when your fur baby requires immediate attention especially on a Sunday morning . However the staff makes you feel welcome & offers the fastest care they can . We were seen within 30 minutes & the veterinary doctor assured us he had a soft tissue injury & didn’t think he needed any X-rays . He prescribed pain medication & instructions for 10 days & could follow up with our own vet if anything came up, I feel they were compassionate , understanding, and took great care of our fur patient. The hospital waiting room is very clean & large with plenty of seats . It even had a coffee bar and vending machine . I highly recommend this animal hospital. This is my girl waiting patiently for her brother .

Diane Marshall WCCA has helped me on 2 different floors. I can’t speak enough about the amazing offices. There has never been anyone be anything more than generous with me or with time. I have a checkup there tomorrow and look forward to visit with everyone.

Becky Brady This is an amazing group. Everyone treats you with respect and makes sure you understand all possible treatment options. They have a rule about no perfumes or scented products as it can really bother patients going through chemotherapy. You are taken in almost as soon as you arrive. They also take their time with each patient making sure to answer all of your questions. My treatment has been a success and I owe so much of that to their expertise along with prayer and a positive attitude. A very safe place to go for cancer care.

Emma Santos I have been trying to call a dentist for 2 days. I wait 2 and 3 hours and nothing. They finally take my call today after 2 hrs waiting and the girl gives me a lot of attitude. And telling me that they have her working alone. That she cant talk to me How people working like that in the clinic in the front desk. I spoke very nice and polite for her to speak to me like that so what kind of clinic is that. I called there because people recommended it to me and it was good but I see that it wasnt. Treating people badly is the best thing they know how to do.

latif haidari I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. One of my teeth was extracted without clear explanation, and I ended up needing corrective treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services and hope they improve their communication and patient care in the future.
