5 /5 rien gonzales: This is my first to write review. I’ve been looking for a good salon/ hairstylist for soooo long!! I’ve wasted so much money before and not worth it. So on Tuesday while just browsing I came across to Mos SaLon in Flushing. I read the reviews and I can attest that Jason is very talented. I showed the picture that I wanted and Jason explained everything and recommended what best for my hair.. It took hours but it was so much worth the money!! Each time that Jason will put something, Jason will explained it first, which was very nice and that’s how it should be.. All in all, I was so happy and even recommended to my friends.

5 /5 Yoon SH (NYster): $15 for cut & wash meant another round of detailed cuts. The gentleman with dyed blond hair named Tony takes his time and make sure it comes out perfectly. I went in on Sunday morning & got an easy parking on Northern Blvd. Ive been trying to find a new place and couple of place not bad but a bit disappointing. No issues here. One of the best cuts I ever suffered. Definitely get wash for the extra $5 as he made sure the cut came out better than the pre-wash cut. Oh, he does NOT speak English but a reference pic + Google translate more than does the job. Asian hair is best left to an Asian no matter the base language. BTW: I do NOT give out 5 stars just for the heck of it.

3 /5 Winnie He: Good service, but I did not get what I asked for. I know that its hard to get exactly the same color or cut you request, but I showed them pictures of the style and the color I wanted and didnt get it. They cut my bangs too short, but the main problem was the hair coloring When they showed me color samples, they kept recommending purple, saying it would look good on me, and I kept rejecting it. Instead, I asked for a dark brown with red undertones, but when they finished drying my hair after the dye, it looked nothing like what I had asked for, and I realized they put purple undertones in, even though I said I didnt want purple a hundred times. The end result isnt ugly, but it feels like they ignored my request and injected their own opinion. They didnt do a bad job, but I would really recommend customers be extremely firm when they make their requests.

5 /5 daeun kim: I had an amazing experience with Tony at YS Hair Salon. Tony was incredibly kind, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere reminded me of my old neighborhood hair salon in Korea, where everyone was friendly, chatting, and sharing kindness, but with the exceptional skills you’d expect from any top stylist in Manhattan. The price was reasonable too. I waited a week to see how the cut and color would hold up after a few washes, and it’s still perfect! I’ll definitely be visiting again. Tony, remember me—Sarah

5 /5 Loury Azucena: Phenomenal hairstylist and staff. My mom and I ❤️ love it here. We have thick abundant Salvadorean hair that can be difficult to manage. However, our stylist was heaven sent. Very patient, caring and a light hand when cutting hair. They are true professionals. I travel all the way from the Bronx to get my hair treatments, hair cuts and hair consultations. Keep blessing the community with your talents. Thank you
