The employee helping me seemed a bit frazzled but was friendly enough and said I could use their seamstress for alterations. We scheduled a time, but an hour before the appointment she texted to reschedule for the following week. We showed up at the new booked time and the store was closed — no text or notice, but it was a simple human error. I ended up finding another seamstress before our big vacation. We did return to make a tuxedo purchase, and they made sure everything was exactly right, and redoubled their efforts to please us. I recommend doing business here. The prices were less than we expected, too.
