1 /5 Raema Frost: It bums me out to leave a bad review but I think its important other buyers know that in my experience, the leather & wood shoes sold here dont last, and NINA Z offers no customer support: the website contact form & facebook messenger are both ignored. I thought these sandals would last a lifetime but I only got to wear them ~5 times before the staples pulled out, and unfortunately most small shoe repair places dont have the tools that are needed to repair wood shoes. It would have been nice if they had at least responded and directed me to a repair shop.
