REI - Ithaca (NY)

1 /5 astrid: Customer service was terrible. I’ve spent around $1,300 on clothes and the cashier Noah was very rude. He won’t even made eye contact either me, he threw the clothes that I bought and never help me to fold it up. He never provided me with a bag and never removed the security tag on some of the clothes I bought . I spoke with the manager about it and it looks like he didn’t care about, so I will never spend any dollar in this store never again. I came from vacation to Ithaka but the customer service and management in this store is very poor.

5 /5 JM: Traveled two hours to this REI to get a new bike and it was worth the trip! I was afraid it was going to be an intimidating process but Mark was super friendly and made it a breeze. He helped me out and had me test ride two bikes and was very knowledgeable. This experience made me even more excited to start my biking journey!

3 /5 Frankie Riley: I love this REI and am happy to have one in Ithaca but I have a big gripe with the lack of climbing gear. This feels like an oversight, there are two climbing gyms in Ithaca! Weird. Otherwise, no issue. Staff are friendly.
