Ross Dress for Less - Plattsburgh (NY)

4 /5 S. Brown: Anytime I make the 6 hour drive to New York to visit family, I make sure to stop here during my travel. I’ve found shoes that normally cost $150–$220 in different colorways for only $50–$80 which is such a steal! This is also my favorite spot to grab Dr. Martens when they have them of course. I’ve been to a few Ross’s around the US and this location in my opinion has one the the top variety of clothing/house items but the best shoes/sneakers selection. The staff is friendly, the store is always clean, and even when it’s busy the lines move quickly. I’ve never left empty handed there’s always something worth picking up. I do wish I had a Ross closer to me, but maybe it’s a good thing I don’t! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for hidden gems or hoping to score something you’ve had your eye on at a great price.

5 /5 Deanna Duprey: Really enjoy coming in the store when Im able to. Great findings at great prices. Customer service this time was delightful. I also wanted to give credit to Grant who works up at the front end of the store, great attitude, very joyous and uplifting spirit while he was assisting us with our check out. Will definitely be back.

4 /5 Zach Benedicto: Great store with great prices! It could use some more organizing. Staff could use just a little bit of smiling. It can be overwhelming with all the clothing they have. If you see something you like, better buy it before it’s gone. Good luck with your shopping!

1 /5 Jack: So I went there tried to shop around I started to look at shoes the alarms instantly to going off the second I touch them. The staff there just leave the alarms going off without a care in the world even if you don’t buy anything their doors love to set off making it look like u stole something it goings off even when people walk into the store management is extremely disrespectful when it comes to asking for help. There was a guy there that looks 12 being the only one to cash out a full line calling for backup and it took over 40 minutes for 1 girl to come over I was in that line for all that time. I hate to see such disrespect for the customers and cashiers not to mention the fact that it seems like there is a mess there no matter the time you go in like no one cleans I’ve been to countless Ross stores and this is by far the worst I’ve ever come across I will never shop there again will be canceling my Ross credit card.
