The piece is elegant, meaningful, and crafted with such care—it’s truly perfect for the occasion. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience feel special. 2 /5 Edwin Rodriguez: Hate to leave negative feedback, but i feel like this experience should be shared. Brought my Citizen Eco drive to Michaels to have the crystal replaced. The first time, the watch was returned to me with visible adhesive stains on the minute track. the crystal was also applied unevenly to the face. i reported this to the proprietor and after some back and forth on the phone (during which he denied my findings, even without seeing the watch) he allowed me to bring it back. it was returned to me sans adhesive stains but with the crystal still applied unevenly. i will be retuning to Fast Fix in the mall for all my watch repair needs.

5 /5 Chad Perry: Came in to have 2 batteries replaced in my watches. Received excellent service. Batteries were replaced on the spot and was also educated on one of my watches that was a Buluva watch. I will be returning. Has some very nice pieces of jewelry also.
