David B I was referred to this place by my general practitioner *MONTHS* ago. Not only did they make no effort to get in touch with me, but nobody ever picks up when I call during normal business hours, and nobody returns my messages, despite my leaving several of them.

Jill Parent Dr. Wolczynskil is the most caring doctor I have ever met, and being an RN for over 26 years, Ive met many. He is my parents doctor as well as mine. He always listens, orders tests and/or refers me or my parents to the appropriate specialist. I was pretty sick recently and ended up needing emergency surgery. He called me multiple times at home to check on me and after I finally agreed to go to the ER, he called me once while I was there to see what was going on. Hes truly an amazing man and doctor who cares deeply about his patients. I couldnt ask for anyone better. His staff is also very attentive, polite and easy to get along with. Absolutely love all of them!

Kristen The worst place you can go. Waited 2 hours to see the doctor and when we did get in he was rude to the person I was serving and would not listen to anything I tried to explain. Spent 35 minutes looking for an email and then an X-ray that weren’t there, finally found one of an X-ray a year prior and tried to claim that was the current injury. All around an idiot and rude and always “running late”

Rhiannon Patterson I was already extremely dissatisfied with Plattsburgh cardiology as I wore a heart monitor in the spring and could have no one tell me anything even after messaging on my chart and calling.i have had multiple people tell me they had to switch because of the lack of care. I’m back in online school and need to know if I can be put back on my adhd medication and still have no answers on that. I was running late to an appointment that I called about and was okayed and because I sat in the line in the waiting room passed the 15 mins I wasn’t seen after waiting for 20 minutes to be told that. I then had an appointment at 1:30 that I was reminded to go to. I get there to be told that appointment is also canceled with no call and waiting twenty minutes after saying I would be seen. I lost a day of work and two trips of gas for no reason and still have no answers. The lack of care is sad.

Richard Gaudette Just got off the phone with Megan and I have never been talk to like that from a my doctors office. I was asking about the covid -19 shots and she was so load and rude. All I was asking if they are giving letters stating my health condition. She was practically yelling at me. If she worked for me and I heard that she would be down the road.

Matthew Gibson I’ve donated blood here many times before but it’s been at least a year since my last donation. Today the girls were calling me skinny so many times that I mentioned how it seems ok to call people skinny but not fat and how that is pretty messed up. They just played it off like whatever but it definitely bothered me. They then said my blood pressure was too high and didn’t allow me to donate. I mentioned I parked in the grocery shopping parking lot across the street and had jogged over and maybe that’s why. I went and did my grocery shopping, went back to try and donate, and they said my blood pressure was still too high. So after repeatedly calling me skinny and basically laughing about it they denied me to donate blood. They’re probably just horrible people.

Kaydin Johnson I went here one time and never went back. The doctor was incompetent. They told me that a fungal infection that was on both of my feet was a hangnail on one of my feet. They insisted this was the case, even though I told them that the fungal infection had got under a nail and that was the nail they claimed was a hangnail. I immediately went to another doctors office who told me it was a fungal infection. The doctor here also took me off my acid reflux medication right after I told them that my acid reflux is so bad that it impairs me from functioning because I sit in burning pain all day without it. I had to go get that medication back from another doctor. Truly an incompetent doctor that doesnt care about the patient and made me waste money paying for the visit when I had to go somewhere else to actually get any help.

Krysten Remy Labor and delivery is absolutely amazing! Every nurse was very caring and great at their job!! My daughter was born with a pneumothorax in each of her lungs and they did everything they could for her plus to support my fiancé and I! I could not have asked for better nurses and doctors! Jamie, Kaitlyn and Patricia (I’m sorry if I spelled any names wrong) were especially amazing! Due to her health issues she had to be in the nursery majority of the time and every time we went to see her she was surrounded by all the nurses! Even as my daughter was being transferred to the nicu they were hugging me goodbye! I’m happy to say she only needed to be hospitalized for 5 days nicu for 4 and regular room for 1 but I definitely missed them all!

Robert Brancato Dr. Cassone and staff are incredibly receptive and provide info quickly. They actually answer the phone when I call unlike other offices. I cant recommend them highly enough. Would need 6 stars.

olivia muir Receptionist told me I would be charged $100 for a no show. Then I got a letter saying I needed to pay $200. I will not be paying them now since they doubled the fee. I will have to find a new doctor.

Michelle Provost I switched to this office a couple years back and every single staff member has treated me with respect and dignity! Carla is hands down amazing, she is so kind I wish I made the switch sooner ! I read some of the reviews on here and I can’t imagine them be anything but lies! Saying they ignore u and don’t get back to you is crazy talk ! If you are a decent person/patient you are fine, the ones that are complaining are the disrespectful ignorant ones demanding and stomping their feet showing no respect and that’s why they get dropped from a medical office!

Deanna Belrose Dr Wren has been wonderful to both me and my husband. She really takes the time to listen and explains things thoroughly. I forget the lady at the front desks name but she is also very nice. Glad we made the switch from our old primary care very nice experience so far.

I have never had to deal with an office dropping the ball so many times and just point blank not doing their job. The director Richelle is rude and takes zero accountability for the office and staff, not only would I not recommend but I will be reporting this facility

That DCS richelle whatever she is she works VERY closely “with the community” including with the cops a.k.a. p.i.g.s and all so be BECAREFUL and AWARE of that if you don’t want to get snitched out,called p.i.g.s a.k.a cops on or accused for something they didn’t find If you do go DO NOT provide your address, phone number or any other personal information. They will track you.

Nichole Gamache Yesterday I had my first appointment with this wonderful establishment. I was checked in by the nicest patient care representative who later brought me to the back to be changed and to the waiting room. The atmosphere was clean and inviting decor. The radiology technician came to get me and asked if I would be ok with a student with her which I agreed. Her name was Tracy A. She explained every movement and all the reasonings which made me feel very confident and comfortable with her and this entire process. She is the model for trainers. I had minimal wait time between every task as well. The student, technician and patient registrars need a big shout out. All my nervousness went out the door with every interaction. Thank you all for making my first appointment educational and easy.

Jenice Tripi They double billed me for a biopsy procedure that they had to do 2 times because the Dr missed the spot in question the 1st procedure and openly admitted to missing the spot in question. Then a year later they scheduled me an appt at 5:30. When I showed up for my appt the doors locked. When I knocked on the door, a woman came to the door stating that they were closed as they close at 5:30. Even though their hours of operation on the internet and their own phone line say they are open till 6pm. The woman was very rude and seemed inconvenienced that I wanted her to look at the schedule. She did, came back saying it was at 5:20 and then proceeds to tell me they are scheduling for December now....While continuing to being rude. When I got made at her lack of professionalism she told me that I didnt need to be rude. I was appalled and left! I will be going to another facility as the incompetence of this facility is appalling.

Dot Donahue No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesnt seem fair. Ive been going here for about 15 years. If youre lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, youre set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours! One of the best features is they alert you when an earlier appt opens up, and you can accept it through the portal. It also has tons of your health records accessible, even from 15 years ago! Sure there are some downsides. But those issues would apply to any large doctors office, and they dont deter my 5⭐ rating.

Kari Baxter They claim both online and in their phone message that they’re open from 8-5 and take calls during those hours, but that’s untrue. Further, when you do finally get ahold of someone, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get an appointment, even as an established patient.

J R The doctors are wonderful. The office is NOT. In my experience it is poorly run. I called and went to the office a few times to find that although they are open until 4:30, they locked the doors and went home early. In my opinion, open until 4:30 means you are open until 4:30.

Austin Porter Unprofessional and rude. Worse experience ever, they made surgery and after care godawful. And getting any post op appointments after the first week is impossible as well as they don’t care, they cut into you , got their money after that they don’t care at all. Don’t recommend this place unless you want to be treated like trash and your concerns constantly ignored.

Dodd Davison LLC After 50 minutes of waiting after my appointment time and watching 8 people in the waiting room come in after me. I was still sitting in the waiting room whilst those 8 people were promptly sent through to be seen. Enough was enough. As an independent contractor, I had other appointments to do that day and I left without being seen for my appointment. The reception behind the frosted glass barrier re-scheduled me for another day and really didn’t seem to care about how long I had been waiting. What’s happening with our world. The “don’t give a crap factor” far outweighs any customer service at this “factory”

Chelsea szatkowski I will never go back after going there since I was a small child. Timothy Foley is an uncaring and terrible doctor. I dont know why he even is one. If you do a walk in and get him, expect to be dismissed and told to go home and take OTC meds. Waste of time and money. Cant ever get in to see my primary without waiting a month.
