The environment is warm, the prices are hands down the best in the area and most important Heather is the most talented person I have ever been to. My lashes look amazing! I would give her 20 stars if possible.

Ashley Howard I have never done lashes or anything of that sort. I went in & Heather was immediately welcoming & so helpful. I got my eyebrows microbladed & she did such a great job, I look so different & I love them! Highly recommend her if you’re needing lashes, brows or anything done! She’s got an awesome personality as well!

I colored my hair for the first time with her as well, and it came out looking amazing. I used to just get a haircut because it got too long, but now I get it cut to keep it looking awesome!

Brittany Took my child to get his hair cut in a pinch. First off the owner I believe was so rude. Told the lady what I wanted did not do it, he for one has a bald spot in his head. Worst experience in my life. Never will we ever step foot in that place again.

Bianca Went there years back to get my long, fine brunette hair cut short and lifted to platinum blonde. I heard my stylist (not sure who it was- it was my first & only time going there) whispering to Rosa about how they didn’t have some product that she needed. Rosa told her what she should use instead, and the woman mixed up the formula and applied it to my head. I sat there for ages as they tried to lift my virgin hair to bright blonde. I had gone blonde a couple times before and thought I was used to the process- but then my head started to feel like it was burning. I had experienced a very mild burning toward the end when I last went blonde, so I tried to be patient. Finally, though, the burning was getting bad. REALLY bad. I told my stylist it was burning, and she blew me off, asking me to hang in there a little while longer. After yet another 10-15 minutes, I told my stylist and Rosa flat-out to rinse me off- that it was burning bad and I didn’t care what color it was at. “Just 5 more minutes- can you just do 5 more minutes?” was Rosa’s reply. Finally, they rinsed me off and I WAS platinum blonde. My formerly LONG hair had been cut SHORT- which I was happy with as I had requested that… My hair was blown dry and I paid & left. Within a couple hours though, something felt “off”. I kept trying to run my fingers through my hair, but my scalp hurt and it felt like I had product or something that hadn’t been rinsed out properly. As soon as I got home that night, I went to take a look at my scalp in my bathroom mirror only to find it was COVERED in OOZING BLISTERS. They had given me CHEMICAL BURNS and FRIED my hair to the point that it was breaking off like tiny, fragile icicles any time I ran a brush or comb through it. The next day at work I was absolutely humiliated and showed my coworker (a former licensed hairstylist). She was HORRIFIED and said that they “must not have used scalp bleach” and instead used something much more harsh to cause burns like that. As a bonus, my remaining hair was so destroyed that it was breaking off in chunks, and I had to begin instead deep conditioning treatments & trims as often as possible to try and grow out all the damage before I could begin even trying to grow my hair back out. I have told MANY people this story over the years, but it bears repeating: Do NOT trust any “professional” who encourages you to “give them 5 more minutes” when you tell them that your flesh feels like it’s BURNING. I can’t believe the women there were so willing to DESTROY my HAIR AND SCALP rather than turn business away due to not having the product & capabilities to bleach brunette hair safely. BEWARE! I was horrified to hear that the woman that oversaw this damage is still working!

Andrew .W The only place in Horseheads to get your hair styled. Zhalimar and the other stylist have years of experience. The interior is stylish and cozy. Located in Hanover square next to Louies. Its the perfect location to look good then head out for the evening, without spending a fortune.

Andi Rasmussen The first impression was great. its a cute little shop, and the employee I spoke with seemed nice. She booked me a month out, which was fine, I explained we were taking a trip a few days after the appointment, and my son wanted his hair done before the vacation. I gladly paid the deposit and put my info in her phone. Day of the appointment she texts me and says she made a mistake and didnt book the right amount of time for his apointment and the next day shed do it and it was her last appointment of the day. I know mistakes happen, I had to work, but I got my shift covered so I could take an early lunch and bring him. That next day, I leave work, my sons home waiting for me, and I receive another text right before the appointment saying she has a headache and will have to see us tomorrow. I told her we leave tomorrow night, and she said shell do it early and discount his service. Well, the next day, she ignored me all day until the evening and said she wasnt doing any hair until later that week. She ignored me when I asked for my deposit back. We got back from our trip a week later, and I still gave her the opportunity to do his hair. Her response was only to refund me, and I had to harass her for 2 weeks to get my deposit back. I know there isnt many options for locticians and braiders in this area, but this aint it. Ive also spoken to many others with similar experiences.

She took the time to try different formulas and they all looked amazing and when we settled on the perfect one for my big day she had notes saved so it was easily replicated. It’s well past my wedding day and I’m still going to her for tans and waxing and I look forward to every appointment! She really is the best!!

Kacy R Ive had multiple massages, and none of them even compared to my massage experience with Dan. His immense knowledge is a rarity in this area. I have a lot of issues with my neck, and for the first time in over a year, Im able to have some relief, thanks to him. His ability to assess and focus on problem areas is truly a gift. Lexi has done my hair for quite some time now and I reached out to her in a pinch to get my daughters hair done and she went above and beyond styling and adding tinsel to her hair. My daughter loves her hair and asked me after if Lexi could always do her hair! My son also needed a haircut but has been traumatized for quite some time now. Carli was INCREDIBLE with him. She was willing to meet him wherever he was at! She even went to the store and got lollipops to make him feel comfortable with her! At the end of his haircut he said, he loved his haircut! So so thankful for Lexi and Carli and would recommend this salon over and over again!

I’ve gotten coloring, lightening, extensions, and so much more at this salon and suggest you do too! I have been in both of their chairs for years and have yet to experience any negative conversations from either of them.

Abra Rice My daughter has been wanting a short cut, and I was a little nervous about it. I made her wait a few months to be sure, and she never changed her mind. I asked the community, who was the best person to go to to help her learn how to handle her curls and give us the best cut for textured hair. So many people recommended Shantelle, and she was so great with her. Taught me a few things to help my daughter take care of her hair, and she was so happy with it. Will definitely return!

Emily Devor I got married on 9/23/23 and Gabi was wonderful to work with. She traveled to Watkins Glen to do on site hair at the airbnb we rented. At the trial, I showed her some inspiration photos and she asked follow-up questions to clarify exactly what I was looking for. She sent a message asking how I felt and how my hair held up after having it done all day. The day of my wedding, all I had to do was sit down in the chair and she nailed it! My hair lasted all day even with putting the veil in and taking it out as well as it being a humid/rainy day. My bridesmaids and my mother were also all thrilled with their results!
