1 /5 Andi Rasmussen: The first impression was great. its a cute little shop, and the employee I spoke with seemed nice. She booked me a month out, which was fine, I explained we were taking a trip a few days after the appointment, and my son wanted his hair done before the vacation. I gladly paid the deposit and put my info in her phone. Day of the appointment she texts me and says she made a mistake and didnt book the right amount of time for his apointment and the next day shed do it and it was her last appointment of the day. I know mistakes happen, I had to work, but I got my shift covered so I could take an early lunch and bring him. That next day, I leave work, my sons home waiting for me, and I receive another text right before the appointment saying she has a headache and will have to see us tomorrow. I told her we leave tomorrow night, and she said shell do it early and discount his service. Well, the next day, she ignored me all day until the evening and said she wasnt doing any hair until later that week. She ignored me when I asked for my deposit back. We got back from our trip a week later, and I still gave her the opportunity to do his hair. Her response was only to refund me, and I had to harass her for 2 weeks to get my deposit back. I know there isnt many options for locticians and braiders in this area, but this aint it. Ive also spoken to many others with similar experiences.
