Elizabeth Materese I have lived in several major cities, and Danielle’s artistry and attention to detail is second to none. I first came to get my nails done for my wedding last July, and at that time I also had my eyelashes done. I LOVED both services, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. I continue to receive compliments about her work. Danielle takes great care of her customers, and it’s always fun to spend time with her! I highly recommend her services!

Ana Hines I was super nervous to get my first tattoo ever but Danielle made me feel so comfortable and held conversation with me like we knew eachother for years. Shes super professional and kind and her work is exceptional. I now have 3 tattoos all done by her and they look amazing. I plan to book with her for the rest of time and her nail work?? Absolutely amazing and shes so extremely talented and AFFORDABLE. I 100000% recommend!!

Ella Figler Absolutely love it here!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is always very very clean. Amy is so talented and always works so hard on my nails, making sure they are perfect. Every time I come, my nails always look so beautiful.

Bianca Chapin They just opened so I believe they were a little short staffed but it was a Monday morning during spring break so probably unexpected. My daughter and I got a mani and pedi. I got UV Gel and ombré while my daughter got the magnetic trend Gel. Love them. The ladies were very meticulous and very kind, asking questions to make sure we were happy and they went above and beyond to match our inspo with what they created. Everyone at the salon getting their nails done had many beautiful designs which shows how talented they are!

Carol Ahearn I would like to begin by saying that my last professional hair cut was 14 years ago. It was not my best experience, so obviously I was a nervous Nellie just thinking about ever going to another salon! Especially since my hair was down to my butt, and I could not envision what could possibly be done with it? But, Zinnias amazing Stylist, Carol Lynn Johnson knew how to work her magic, and I absolutely love my cut, and color! Carol Lynn has a way about her that is so calming, and positive! She made me feel relaxed, and my nervousness vanished in no time at all. She cut, and layered my hair, and added color that matches my natural hair color. My hair feels fuller, lighter, and is so manageable! I absolutely love it!!!! I will definitely go back to Carol Lynn! I cannot say enough about her talents, and how much I am enjoying my new hair! Thank you Carol Lynn! : )

Maria Tzoumas I had my hair colored and cut by Kathleen. She was very patient (went 8 months without color or cut!), sweet and did an amazing job. She took her time to make sure the color was just right and the results were brilliant. I am definitely going back!

Lori Tomancik Because I cant figure out how to reply to our reviews, One of the women was dramatically disturbed in life and no one could please her. And the other your full highlight and cut was $128 and you bought a product. Maybe the stylists should have discussed before performing the service. We love great reviews and if you have a problem, please come to us! We are a small business. We are an a amazing salon with professional, talented stylists and practitioners.

Anna Duonolo I will never visit another nail place. I have been coming here for the last year or so and have worked with Lin & Kimmy. They are both SO detailed oriented and meticulous. They always give me exactly what I want. I do Gel on my toes as well as my fingers. I never worry about chipping. This time I did a Halloween design and Lin spent over 2 hours with me. Words can’t even express how amazing they are here. Do yourself a favor and come see for yourself. The photo with the black ring was my inspiration

Kaminie Degroot When I started going here after Covid for almost two yrs I got my nails done here price was great nails lasted for weeks to a point I could my own nails to with just the builder gel ! Started going bk there in December bc I had moved way an just moved bk to my disappointment 5 days after getting my first set I lost a nail ! I let it go went bk spent $135 to have yet another 2 nails broke off messing my natural nails up . Don’t ask on both both occasions my I was very discounted bc all that money n my nails looks cheap and the shaped reminded me of chicken nails. But I made a promise after I clam down I was never going bk there ! And as my husband said ppl need to stay taking how comfortability

Cheyanne Steffens I came here because my usual nail place was closed and I havent been back! Theyre great! Their attention to detail is perfect and theyre very clean. Every employee is friendly as well.

Abby Burdick I am definitely not one to leave a bad review, but this really got me. I got a former dip manicure removed and asked to remove the tips and keep my natural nail length (which had gotten to be pretty long). The shapes and lengths I was left with were very inconsistent. While doing cuticle work and taking off the former dip, it was very rushed and the dremel ended up leaving multiple cuts on my fingers. I got a dark green color and the dip powder was left all over my fingers as well. I asked for an accent finger with a small tree design, and the nail tech was not able to do it. No worries, so I asked for just green dots on my accent finger instead. He used black and green, not too sure why, and it ended up looking so weird. I came home, buffed it off and fixed the dots myself. It was even more agitating when my nail tech and the one next to him were laughing about it. Probably will not go back here again, which is sad because it’s such a beautiful salon to be in. My friend that was with me got a dip manicure as well with a design and her nails turned out beautiful though. (Left is what I did to fix the accent nail, right is what I left the salon with)

Laurie Fitzsimmons My daughter and I were here on Dec 8 without appointments for my birthday. As we were walk-ins, we were assigned two males nail techs, we both got gel dip. I usually prefer women as the men can be rough. My nail tech continually pinched my fingers hard between his long fingernails. I repeatedly said “ouch” and finally told him that “Maggie” (my regular nail tech at Naturally Nails) does not hurt me when she does my nails. His snarky, unprofessional response was that he would make an appointment with Maggie for me. Fortunately, my nails looked good when done. My daughter’s nail tech jacked up one of her fingers (see photo), her nails were shaped poorly and were lumpy. I complained when paying. Two days later, my daughter went to a reputable salon and had her 2 day old gel dip mess removed. I can not provide names of the techs as they did not have name tags, nor business cards. I have been going to Naturally Nails for many years. Unless you have a favorite, dependable tech (like Maggie), you are taking a risk. Although Maggie has done a very good job, I will not be returning as I do not want to support a salon that employs substandard and unprofessional technicians who injure the clients - intentionally or not.

Kelly ONeil Guerin I am still very upset about my last visit on the morning of Friday 09/08. This is what my pedicure looked like for my WEDDING and HONEYMOON!! I was so embarrassed! I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and I will not be back. They hired a bunch of new staff and the business has gone downhill. From this picture, you can see my toenails were not filed evenly, you can see the cuticles, some nails are rounded, some look like they were trimmed at an angle, the brush strokes are visible, you can still see thick skin on the bottom of my feet, there is polish on the skin of my toes and the polish was globbed on so horribly that 2 nails were ruined before I even left the salon even though I sat under the dryer for 10+ minutes. Due to time constraints, I did not have time to go somewhere else to have them fixed or fix myself so this is how I had to show up to my wedding! My 3 year old niece could have done a better job! I am so disappointed and upset especially since I am a long standing customer and have always recommended this salon to others. They just try to rush you out now and do not care about the customer or their work.

Stacy Ferguson I hate to complain but I had a bad experience and won’t be back. The dip color I chose was gold, my nails did not at all match. I typically wouldn’t mind but the shapes were mismatched, uneven, and even bumpy. When I said the color was off, she showed me the bottom of the container to prove it was the same number. So, I just told her that the color on the charts was off and they should consider changing it/ updating it so that it looks more accurate. The other thing that made my experience a negative one was that after feeling dissatisfied with my nails, she had the audacity to ask me for a cash tip by writing it on my receipt before handing it to me.

Erin Jacobs I’ve been going here consistently for the past 6 months with my girlfriend every month and hands down the best price and quality you could ask for. Staff is always friendly and so welcoming the second we walk in the door. ✨✨✨

Lori Lewis I was able to get in same day I called for appointment. Pedicure was amazing, the massage chair was thoroughly enjoyable. Manicure was good but design wasnt exactly what was wanted but close. Looks good. Prices where not overly expensive. I would go back for sure.

Karen Corbe I switched nail salons recently due to a horrible experience. Came to Asian Nails today & had Teng for my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing!! They are all so nice & friendly, great atmosphere. I will definitely be back ☺️

ruby yu my friends and I decided to come to this salon because all the other ones were busy. Other places charged $40 but this place charged $45 for a gel pedicure. Due to the price difference I expected the pedicure to be high quality. However it wasn’t. Both of my big toe nails are literally crooked and some of my others have polish on my cuticle. I’ve never received a pedicure worse than this one. This place is too expensive considering the quality of work they do. You can pay $45 and get a better pedicure somewhere else.

Cheryl Zhu The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in today for a mani-pedi looking to do a sheer white color. However they did not have the color I was looking for, so I chose to do a nude polish instead. When she removed my original gel nails and started painting them, the polish had black specs of dirt in them so I told her I no longer wanted the manicure if there would be black spec embedded into my nails. I would have never removed my original gel manicure if I had known their polish was faulty. Additionally, after asking multiple times for a sheer white on my toes, the lady continued to paint them bright white, which I gave up on asking for. The pedicure was mediocre at best with streaky and unclean paint. Then she charged me $55 for the pedicure when the pedicure was supposed to be $30. I was charged for the manicure that I had not received as well as my gel removal which I would not have gotten if I had known their polish had mold-looking substances in them. I had been fine with paying for the gel removal however it did not seem fair to be paying for a manicure that they couldnt do for me. The salon itself looked dirty, unprofessional, and cheap. The ladies seemed nice at first however they only cared about being paid rather than their level of service. Their English was not very good which made it even more frustrating to communicate. Overall absolute horrid salon! I dont recommend it to anyone.

Rebecca Miles Golden nails was able to get me into an appointment, same day, for a full set of UV Gel nails. I ended up sitting with Q. She was absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive to her work. I left extremely satisfied with the work and will be returning to see her.

Ellie Spivak My roommate and I came here to get our nails done and had an amazing experience! We wanted some pretty intricate designs, and the tech’s did the designs perfectly— our nails look just like the reference photos we showed. Very nice staff and very reasonable prices, they even have a student discount! Can’t wait to come back soon:)

Kristen Kim Angela does the absolute best lash extensions. Prices are fair, working environment is clean and tidy. She is meticulous and thorough with giving you the lashes you want. A few of my colleagues have started going to Angela after seeing my lashes and they too cannot stop raving about her.

Miss Tammy I made an appointment for an acrylic fill in with gel polish and two brown french designs for $53. Angela was nice and didn’t get annoyed when I kept asking to fix the shape. Still not too crazy about the shape for a few nails but I do love the color and my nails are pretty!

Gabrielle Austin I love getting my nails done here! Angela is so kind and careful. She makes sure I leave happy every time and takes her time to be sure everything turns out perfect!

Saaliyah Was a little Nervous but I don’t regret giving Princess a chance my nails came out amazing and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time . 10/10 would book again

Valerie Carpio Viane does such a good job! I haven’t found any other nail tech in the area that is so sweet and talented! She kills it every time and is her space is super comfortable and accommodating.

Lily Merie Viane is definitely the best nail tech. Shes such a vibe and very talented. She is so sweet and always gets your nails looking good, she always does a beautiful job. She is the best you can go to and guaranteed that your nails will look flawless every time.

shanisha glover WASTE OF MONEY! I went there with my 7 year old daughter for the first time. She got a manicure with gel polish and her polish came off in 2 days. I got an ACRYLIC FULL set with GEL polish and 4 nails is already off and it’s only been 5 days. I already was turnt off when I ask for a cursive E on one nails and they gave me a regular E but yea THIS IS NOT OK they refuse to give any refund or to fix it !

Kymesha Wood I had a horrible experience here! First she cut my cut my cuticles to the point that they bled, and then just giggled when the stuff she put on them burned, I asked for a French set on my toes they only had one color option for the base which was beige, I asked for translucent pink and she said they didn’t have it, then proceeded to tell me to leave unfinished and go to another salon to get the color painted, or to bring the polish with me, while continuing to charge me full price for the service, half of which I did not receive. Then when I check my bank statement I see that she added a tip, one that I did not authorize since I left with no polish and bloody cuticles. Will be sticking to lees nail salon from now on since I have never had a bad experience there !

Robin Baker I’ve been going to Diamond Nails for a number of years now and it’s the ONLY place I’m 100 percent happy with doing my nails. They are very clean and do an excellent job on both my nails and toes. Tina is especially great at recommending just the right color for me. On the rare occasion a nail prematurely breaks, they will repair it often at no additional cost. I highly recommend Diamond Nails!

Naidira Miller Yesterday my daughter and I got mani & pedi here for the first time! A complete waste a money !!! She is 7 therefore she got regular polish being that she is too young for gel. Within one day the polish is coming off completely. Not chipping but peeling off! I find it crazy because she gets regular polish all the time and this never happens. So I called the owner and Explained what happened. His response was that that is normal. I emphasize that it was not even a full 24 hours since we gotten she has gotten her nails done!! He didn’t even offer to fix the issue. Despite spending $100 on regular polish Mani pedi Don’t waste your money!

Cameron Robinson I will not be back they cut my fingers and did an awful job. the acrylic was caked under my nails and they were so thin and cracked. I went somewhere else to get them fixed. They refused to refund me for the awful service I received.

Theresa Netti I didn’t catch the name of my nail tech but I truly appreciate how well she took care of me. She was young, station #1, so sweet and kind to me. She really took her time, listened to me, explained the process. As for the salon as a whole, very clean, you get your own file, got me in quick even when packed, very kind. I loved them, definitely will go back!! Edit: went back a month later

Morgan Savoldy I really enjoyed getting my nails done at Tommy’s nails yesterday! The lady I was with (station #9) was careful and took her time to make sure my nails came out how they looked in the picture I showed her. The prices are also very reasonable every time I go in there which I appreciate because everywhere is so expensive now.
