Bright Nails - Vestal (NY)

1 /5 Stacy Ferguson: I hate to complain but I had a bad experience and won’t be back. The dip color I chose was gold, my nails did not at all match. I typically wouldn’t mind but the shapes were mismatched, uneven, and even bumpy. When I said the color was off, she showed me the bottom of the container to prove it was the same number. So, I just told her that the color on the charts was off and they should consider changing it/ updating it so that it looks more accurate. The other thing that made my experience a negative one was that after feeling dissatisfied with my nails, she had the audacity to ask me for a cash tip by writing it on my receipt before handing it to me.

4 /5 Lori Lewis: I was able to get in same day I called for appointment. Pedicure was amazing, the massage chair was thoroughly enjoyable. Manicure was good but design wasnt exactly what was wanted but close. Looks good. Prices where not overly expensive. I would go back for sure.

5 /5 Marilyn- Strosberg: ii have been attending this shop for my acrylic nails every two weeks. Upon entering the shop, I am always greeted by everyone, not only my technician in a very personal way. I have been getting acrylic nails on for over 40 years and no one does it best. I usually have Lena as my technician but have experienced all 4 at the shop and all do a superb job. I also get pedicures there and my eyebrows waxed and have never been disappointed. Give this small shop a chance as the value is not heard of anywhere else!

Im very pleased with their work and have never left here disappointed - she paid close attention to detail and was very gentle with the e-file...normally, my cuticles are destroyed after a fill, but thats not the case here! Im going to make Bright Nails my regular go to for fillspedicires.
