1 /5 Abby Burdick: I am definitely not one to leave a bad review, but this really got me. I got a former dip manicure removed and asked to remove the tips and keep my natural nail length (which had gotten to be pretty long). The shapes and lengths I was left with were very inconsistent. While doing cuticle work and taking off the former dip, it was very rushed and the dremel ended up leaving multiple cuts on my fingers. I got a dark green color and the dip powder was left all over my fingers as well. I asked for an accent finger with a small tree design, and the nail tech was not able to do it. No worries, so I asked for just green dots on my accent finger instead. He used black and green, not too sure why, and it ended up looking so weird. I came home, buffed it off and fixed the dots myself. It was even more agitating when my nail tech and the one next to him were laughing about it. Probably will not go back here again, which is sad because it’s such a beautiful salon to be in. My friend that was with me got a dip manicure as well with a design and her nails turned out beautiful though. (Left is what I did to fix the accent nail, right is what I left the salon with)

1 /5 Laurie Fitzsimmons: My daughter and I were here on Dec 8 without appointments for my birthday. As we were walk-ins, we were assigned two males nail techs, we both got gel dip. I usually prefer women as the men can be rough. My nail tech continually pinched my fingers hard between his long fingernails. I repeatedly said “ouch” and finally told him that “Maggie” (my regular nail tech at Naturally Nails) does not hurt me when she does my nails. His snarky, unprofessional response was that he would make an appointment with Maggie for me. Fortunately, my nails looked good when done. My daughter’s nail tech jacked up one of her fingers (see photo), her nails were shaped poorly and were lumpy. I complained when paying. Two days later, my daughter went to a reputable salon and had her 2 day old gel dip mess removed. I can not provide names of the techs as they did not have name tags, nor business cards. I have been going to Naturally Nails for many years. Unless you have a favorite, dependable tech (like Maggie), you are taking a risk. Although Maggie has done a very good job, I will not be returning as I do not want to support a salon that employs substandard and unprofessional technicians who injure the clients - intentionally or not.

1 /5 Kelly ONeil Guerin: I am still very upset about my last visit on the morning of Friday 09/08. This is what my pedicure looked like for my WEDDING and HONEYMOON!! I was so embarrassed! I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and I will not be back. They hired a bunch of new staff and the business has gone downhill. From this picture, you can see my toenails were not filed evenly, you can see the cuticles, some nails are rounded, some look like they were trimmed at an angle, the brush strokes are visible, you can still see thick skin on the bottom of my feet, there is polish on the skin of my toes and the polish was globbed on so horribly that 2 nails were ruined before I even left the salon even though I sat under the dryer for 10+ minutes. Due to time constraints, I did not have time to go somewhere else to have them fixed or fix myself so this is how I had to show up to my wedding! My 3 year old niece could have done a better job! I am so disappointed and upset especially since I am a long standing customer and have always recommended this salon to others. They just try to rush you out now and do not care about the customer or their work.
