My body fought the enamel my teeth made so I spent the better half of my life trying to fix this condition. Fast forward to 2019 the process started and covid happened so I waited another 4 years to get it done. Now one week after my surgery on Aug 8th 2024 I now have my brand new life and mouth ahead of me, plus I will say everyone at Glenville Smiles saved my life in so many ways physically and mentally. Right from the first time I called to schedule an appointment the staff was super friendly and professional. Antony Thomas I was deathly afraid of the idea of having to get a root canal, Dr Ravi Singh and his team made this one of the quickest easiest dental visits I’ve ever had. Zahid Juma Wow!!! That’s all I can say. I am a dentist. I cracked my tooth while on vacation. I was suddenly put in a position that many of my patients have reported. You are out of your comfort zone, you don’t have your regular dentist that you are used to and have the need for an emergency procedure while out of state. That was me. So I was referred to Dr. Singh by an old peer I went to Dental School with. He said Dr. Singh is the best and would take care of me. I went to his office and the whole process was smooth, efficient, and painless. I know what has to happen, and the process, but the skill and quality of Dr. Singh is impressive. He was in and out in less than an hour. I looked at the post op X-ray and was very impressed. I know what good work looks like. I’m now out of pain, can continue with my vacation, and I’ll see my regular dentist to get the crown when I get back home. Thanks again to Dr. Singh and his team for an amazing experience.

Mary Frewin I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rizzuto, if one can say that about a root canal. I am extremely anxious with any dental procedure and he made sure that the area was numb. If you need a root canal that is the place to be. And he saved the tooth as well.

Dr. Chung is friendly,skilled and honest, and he answered all of my questions, giving me plenty of options since I didnt have insurance. I got an extraction and a filling in another tooth and the procedure was gentle and efficient. I felt completely taken care of, and the staff provided me with plenty of after care information and encouragement. I will definitely be returning for cleanings and recommend to other loved ones, as I know they will be treated well and taken care of by a capable and confident dental team. George Robinson My dentist retired and Dental Today took over his patients. At first it was okay as my hygienist also transferred here as well.Things changed as this practice expanded and became more money driven. Being retired I cant afford all the expensive recommendations without offering any cost effective options. They try and push you to get it done "now". I moved to another dentist that is more understanding. My advise, look elsewhere for dentistry.

When he was ready to retire, he specially selected someone he could trust to run the business just as he had with the Grade A team to remain. Dr. Kluth is so experienced, she knows what to look for and is so nice while she does it. Suzanne is the absolute best hygienist I had. She knows what I like and puts up with me when Im squirmy. Debbie is extremely relatable and will always work with you to meet your needs. Cannot recommend Dr. Kluth enough.

Bridget Congdon I want to say this dentist is so rude and unprofessional. He asked me my situation and I said 3 words and he stopped me and said I dont need a story. At that time I was taken back and said nothing. I let him exam my teeth and he then said to me he was just a pion so dont take his word. Which I came to him for his advice and then he looked at me and I had tears in my eyes and he said dont start to cry because he didnt want me to ruin his day. I will never step foot back in that office and if you have any anxiety I really dont recommend. He has no bedside manors and is totally rude. At the end the hygienist walked me out and asked if I was ok. As she felt bad for the situation. Very very unprofessional. Definitely wouldnt bring your child to him and if you need something more than a cleaning dont go because as he said hes just a pion.

Moak Hyman I had an absolutely amazing experience at K family dental. From the moment I picked up the phone, and was met with a bright cherry voice through my cleaning with Vanessa to my interaction with the dentist, everything went smoothly. It was a very relaxed, no pressure environment. I would recommend anyone in the Schenectady area to use this practice and I would highly suggest you call today because my one complaint is that they are so popular they are booked out through July. I was able to get in in a couple of days due to a cancellation that happened while I was making my First appointment

Bambi Palmer I came to emotionally support a loved one during a procedure, Waited two hours+ for the appointment to begin, and was then told to wait back in the waiting room. The dentist rooms do not have doors, and have televisions in every room(which I assume would be incredibly distracting) Questioning the cleanliness of the practice after seeing TV remotes laying around on equipment, a Nurse wearing gloves after touching toolboxes/tables and equipment, etc.

Feroz Syedi I was sitting in the chair and the nurse after working on my teeth threw the gloves out and then she pick them back up out of the garbage and wore them and went into another room and went to work on somebody elses teeth. I also got a shot in my gum to numb them and then the doctor realized they made a mistake and just said oops we already did that last time. Then the doctor asked if I missed him. Dont go here very unprofessional and disgusting place. Also tells me I love women which is very unprofessional for a doctor to be telling his patient

Very friendly office who was able to get me in quickly for my root canal. They are also a no pressure office which really makes you feel genuinely cared for as a patient. 10/10 stars!

Don “EasyLubeOnsiteOilChange” I recently had my 1st experience with an endodontist. I didnt know what to expect and was a bit concerned. After some research and decisions, I chose Dr. Korkosz... and glad I did! Dr. Korkosz and Gretchen (office administrator) are both friendly, informative, very detailed, and unrushed; they both take the time to assure all your questions get answered. My procedure was pain free and comfortable. I appreciate the organization, and no-nonsense efficiency of this office. Lastly, I very much appreciate being treated and respected as an adult; not being text messaged, emailed, and called multiple times to remind me that I have an upcoming appointment... its simple, make the appointment, show up, and Gretchen and Dr. Korkosz are ready and prepared to professionally treat your issue. Sounds crazy, but I had a wonderful experience!

Bonnie Nielsen I have seen Dr. Saldana twice. She is a great dentist, and her staff is exceptional. The hygienist is gentle but thorough. I received a bill from them after my appointment and I mailed a check. The office returned the check because the bill had been sent in error. They easily could have cashed the check. I appreciate the staff and overall experience, and I definitely will be returning.

Candace Davis I emailed nearly two weeks ago and filled out their new patient online form and havent heard back. I just called to follow up today and no one answered. Their outgoing message begins "Today is Friday, September 1st". This office appears to be closed but Google still shows them as an active business.

Dug Fresh Dr. Saldana is a treasure. I would not trust anyone else in my mouth but her. She knows what she is doing and she does it not only well, I dare say she does it the best. Much love to her and all she does! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Dr. Saldana! Ps. My wife wants to add that weve been patients of hers since at least 2009.

DJD DJD The Doctor was amazing as well as the staff!!!! The wonderful woman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. They took care of my needs immediately and were very accommodating. I was a new patient and their schedule was full and booked until March and they were able to accommodate me that same day I called. Very responsive also. Beth Puglisi I highly recommend Dr Conrad Howe if you are looking for the perfect dentist! Not only is he gifted in his practice of dentistry, but he truly cares about each and every one of his patients. The entire staff is truly the most amazing, caring people I have ever met. Mary, who is the office manager/dental assistant is like a mama bear, especially when it comes to dealing with insurance companies on behalf of the patients. Dr Grasso, who started the practice, is still very present in the office, and will definitely go out of her way to acknowledge each and every patient. She is a perfectionist and definitely passed that trait on to her son, Dr Howe. Make your next appointment with Dr Howe!!

Estevon Tirado Front desk lady that picks up the phone located in Troy is very disrespectful and rude and she hangs up the phone on her customers when they’re asking simply what is your name and what is the doctor’s name. She told me on the phone that in order for me to schedule my appointment I need to have my x-rays sent to them. so I went thru a big process to get my x-rays sent to them and After that I was trying to schedule my appointment (as the lady explained to me) and now she’s telling me that both doctors declined to give me my mold because I won’t be returning to their office on a regular basis. I am done with everything I need to have done with my mouth all fillings and everything I needed was already complete all I needed last was a mold. But there not going to give me that mold because I’m not going to be bringing them money monthly. Very stingy and grimy people. Would not recommend going to them if you want to be treated as you should. Will be going to the better bussines bureau

Cortnie Costello I didn’t read the reviews prior to scheduling with this fake dental office.. It has been nothing but problems sense ay one... Hard to get scheduled and like the rest of the reviews she was very short in my first exam, did a minimal cleaning. Waste of a day off from work. Then finally does a filling and messes it all up, that it is cold, hot, pressure sensitive. And I call to get it fixed and she no longer wants to see me, because I asked why they were answering phones if they were closed and couldn’t fix this issue... Do yourself a favor do not go to this dentist. She just wants to file a claim with your insurance to get paid for nothing...

Melanie Morse I would give them less than one star. They said my kids teeth looked great. Then I took them to an actual dentist and they had many many cavities. The "dentist" looked at their teeth for maybe 4 seconds.
