Danny This place is horrible. From over charging me twice to working on wrong teeth. They didnt fill in the teeth I told them too and they filled teeth I never told them touch. My teeth are legit ruined because of this horrible place. I tell the advisory lady and all she does is give me more bills. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. YOU guys stole my money, overcharged me and malpractices. Working and pulling teeth you werent supposed to. How do you even have a license ? Horrible experience, thanks for ruining my teeth.

R C My daughter was in tremendous pain, and the earliest her dentist could see her was a few days out after they canceled 5 times on her in a month span. We left a message needing an emergency appointment on Friday night after hours, hoping to get in Saturday as they are only a few places open on a Saturday. They called us back first thing Saturday morning, and were able to get us in their Vestal office. Super well organized office forms were emailed to us beforehand, which made it easier. Excellent establishment with friendly receptionist to friendly hygienist and dentist.

Kathleen Miller 5 starts to Lalor Binghamton office as we switched to them from our local dentist, and loved everything about the Front St office!! However, my husband was referred to the Vestal Creekside office for a scan on a tooth hes having issues with. He had the scan 3/26/25 and on 4/16/26 we had a message that he needed to have a scan done as all the xrays done at cleaning werent enough. I called and explained the scan was was done a couple weeks previous. The girl was going to check into it. Today, 5/1/25 I reached out again as we still havent heard a thing and the tooth is now a constant issue. I was informed the endodontist hasnt even looked at the scan yet. Really?? 5 weeks later and it hasnt even been looked at?? Not as impressed with this office unfortunately.

Yinzi Yuan The excellent experience!! The environment is very clean, smell good, and looks very professional! All of the employees were very nice and friendly to me. I had a teeth cleaning and some checkups, the dentist was very skilled, gentle and professional. Lovely dental!

Grace Scalzi Receptionists were super nice and pleasant to interact with, but the dentist and the hygienist not so much. She told me the issue I came in for was fine and didnt need any work, but he insisted I get an X-ray (and the dental hygienist was right it didnt need anything done to it) the dentist then laughed at me when I answered his question on why I came in because I dont have the dental knowledge he has. I was polite but it is very rude to have your dentists laughing AT a patient (and I have seen previous reviews saying someone had a dentist laugh at her concerns as well)

Erika Gill Our family has been going to Lalor Dental for many years and have never once had a negative experience there. I trust them all with my families dental needs, from routine cleanings with their hygienists (Megan is wonderful) to fillings and to my recent dental implant experience with Dr. Joe Lee, at their implant center in Vestal. ( I was nervous at first, but I was soon feeling relaxed after meeting their friendly and knowledgeable staff.) Always greeted with smiling faces at both facilities Ive visited. Appointments are quick, and Ive never waited long to get in. I have referred several people to them and will continue to do so.

I just googled searching for a dentist and the reviews were amazing for Lalor Family Dental. They truly fulfilled this expectation. My hygienist was Melissa and she was an absolute pleasure. Completely dismissed over the phone about an emergency appointment because of missed appointments 5 years ago when I was a child. Thanks guys! The crack you guys “fixed” popped out and I was just going to give you more of my insurances money, but hey. I’ll pay someone more professional to do it and maybe it won’t fall out next time?

Tammy S Latham My first time there! Was worth my hour drive. Parking is the only terrible thing. Staff is friendly. I absolutely love Dr Sammy!!!! His dental assistant and trainee were also amazing! I had a reaction to the medication from the shot for extraction and all three were on top of it! Dr Sammy was very compassionate and cared for my well being!!! Held my hand. I’m very grateful for the great care!

collin williams Yachty and Rachel are absolutely amazing. (Im so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) both of them made me very comfortable and cared about. Both are very personalable and easy going. Rachels cleaning was probably the best Ive ever had. She was very careful and didnt make me feel like she was in a rush to get the cleaning done as quick as possible. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and not in any pain. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Birtch Melani (Mel) Staff is friendly and professional. Aspen dental has by far been the best experience for me. All the prep work and steps that have gone into my dentures, far exceeds any place Ive been before. The follow up is amazing too.

Stephanie Seward Had 2 fillings done here recently. I have had many fillings in the past as well as teeth pulled, and I never bruised the way I did after seeing this Dr. The entire left side of my jaw was bruised and swollen. I also noticed pain when chewing on that side of my mouth. I called today (over two weeks later) and was told this pain is completely normal. Again, Ive had countless fillings over the years and have never experienced this issue. Disappointed in the service that was received. They also tried charging me extra because they put in my fillings wrong the first time they quoted me. They did correct it and cover the cost, but I dont believe that should have happened.

Lisa Buckley Went in for an emergency toothache. I did not have an appointment, but was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone was very professional and they came up with a treatment plan. In the space of 45 minutes, I saw the dentist, the oral hygienist and the office manager. Best service Ive had at a dentist office in a long time. Unfortunately, Ive had to change my review. Have been trying to call all week because I needed a prescription before my appointment. Always had to leave a voicemail and never got a call back. Just tried to call again because I had to cancel my appointment due to medical reasons. Once again, had to leave a voicemail and I have no idea if they will even get it. Great experience with the actual visit, but really terrible on follow up, answering the phones, and returning calls. This review went from 5 stars to 2 stars due to lack of communication and the fact that without the prescription I needed, I would have had to cancel my appointment.

Shannon Rothemeyer Our experience with Valley Dental was great from the start—even scheduling was easy. They sent videos to help us know what to expect for my son’s first visit at 2.5 years old, which made it less stressful and more fun. The hygienist and doctor were so patient and kind, and they really made him feel comfortable. Highly recommend for little ones!

Lindsey Jones Valley dental is absolutely amazing! My kids love it there and the dentists are phenomenal!! My daughter went through a patch of anxiety about teeth and they took her in for an extra visit to calm her down, take pictures and show her nothing was wrong❤️ this was the kindest thing they could have done!! their check ups are always so friendly and they make you feel like you have been there for years(even if you havent)! The hygienists are just the cutest and kindest for littles!!! Highly recommend for pediatric dentist!! The dentists bedside manner is so kind and fun as well!! They definitely ease the dentist fears!!!

Mandy Webb I had my first appointment at Progressive Dental today and was already blown away by my experience. My hygienist, Kelly, was so happy and friendly and personable! She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very thorough. When staff has been there for a long time and loves their job, that absolutely says a lot about their company culture. I had some concerns about my dental health that Dr. Spera addressed immediately, which made me feel much better. He was transparent and genuine about his suggestions and my dental plan moving forward . I’m so glad I switched to Progressive Dental!

Jason Mitchell Affordable Dentures and Implants was one of the quickest efficient experiences I have had in the dental industry. From the moment I called with my concerns, they took initiative and helped me through the process. They have flexible, financing options which was a relief as most dental offices only use one and I was able to get financed finally after not having any teeth in five years with a small down payment. It was such a big relief and the prices out-of-pocket were ridiculously low compared to every other dental office, even dental offices who take insurance were charging more then double sometimes triple the prices and made it impossible to actually get coverage due to waiting periods and fine print. There finance application process was extremely easy as everything was sent directly to Affordable Dentures once approved. Don’t get discouraged and try this office! You definitely get a sense that they care about your needs. You will get your first appointment right away and a new smile within less than a month.

Jessie Kim Extremely upset with poor customer service from the receptionist at this location. Joann got extremely mad with me when I asked if they accept insurance. She kept repeating 3 times they do not accept any insurance because according to her, NYS doesnt allow them to accept any insurance. She then insisted I must make an appointment before she can give me a price for their services. I asked if I pay out of pocket, how much is a cleaning and she kept yelling that they dont give quotes and I must schedule an appointment. Very bad attitude when answering very simple questions. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Harley Hurricane The service was good, and I quite liked the dentists and hygienist. The front desk and administrative however were extremely rude to me, getting snide about simple knowledge gaps and simple mistakes (like saying 12:00 instead of 12:30 as my appointment time) and in general being incredibly difficult when I needed information. I dont think Ill be coming back, which may seem overkill when the service itself is good, but the number of times I was belittled was too much, especially when there are other dentists I can go to.

Sherilyn DeHart My pleasant experience at Giordano Family Dentistry began with scheduling with Dina. I appreciated her explaining the process and going over the cost to be seen for treatment for TMD prior to me scheduling. At my initial TMD appointment Dr. Giordano and his assistant, Shannon, highly impressed me! They were very thorough, and I never felt like they were rushing to finish my appointment. Shannon clearly explained TMD in detail in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Giordano and Shannon were very empathetic and provided hope that they can help me with my TMD pain and frustration. They also asked several times if I had questions to ensure I didn’t leave with unanswered questions. I’m now scheduled for my next appointment for further diagnostic testing to come up with a treatment plan. I look forward to seeing them again to see how they can best help me.

Heather is so lovely and personal. I have loved getting to know her over the years and she makes getting my teeth cleaned a really enjoyable experience. The hygienist had a tough job as a result but didn’t make me feel guilty for my negligence and was very professional and thorough. The dentist was equally cordial and professional. Sallie Young After my dentist of 25 years closed his practice and retired, I was sad and thought I would never find another place where I felt as comfortable and literally at home. I picked my dentists dentist but he unfortunately passed. I found Chenango Bridge Dental right in my hometown, and could not be happier there. The staff is wonderful - efficient, friendly and hygenist does an outstanding job. Dr. R has a good sense of humor, puts one at ease and most importantly, competent and a straight shooter. Emma Giddings I recently moved to the area and started going to Dr. Lianna. I had to have some work done on my front tooth and she did an amazing job! I was so nervous because it was right in front but I am so glad I went to her. She was very gentle during the process and the result looks so natural, you can’t even tell where the filling ends vs where my natural tooth starts. It looks so much better now.
