They will randomly lock your bank card without informing you, then act like you’re stupid for not just calling the 800 number on the card. Unfortunately no matter how many times they insisted the 800 number was there, it did not magically appear. After all of this it then becomes not their fault, because the “card company did it.” Oddly enough the card says “Auburn Community Federal Credit Union” on it.
