    Lynn M. Stock LMHC: There is always always something new to dispute! Whether it be with duplicate or extra fee charges, their "fine print" policies, holds, or system set up on available balance versus actual balance; the "customer service" response is always negative without satisfactory resolution for the customer. I have never had issues like this with any bank in my decades of banking. Its ridiculous.

    Andrew Drourr: I began working with this CPA firm before tax season even started. They told me they would reach out when it was time to come in, so I trusted their process. Weeks went by with no response, and I had to call multiple times myself. While the front desk would answer, no one ever followed up. Eventually, after all of my effort to chase them down, they didn’t schedule me until March 28th — barely two weeks before the April 15th deadline. At that appointment, I was blindsided when they told me they would not prepare my return because they disagreed with how my prior CPA had filed it. Instead of simply moving forward, they insisted I file in a completely different way than I ever had before, demanding documentation that would realistically take months to gather. Dropping this on me so close to the deadline was completely unreasonable and left me with no completed return. I was supposed to be working with Mark Bachman, but instead I was set up with Tim. Tim assured me that they would file an extension since it had taken so long just to get me scheduled. Later, when I asked for a copy of that extension, they couldn’t provide one — because it had never been filed at all. Only after I discovered this failure did Mark tell me that if an extension was needed, it would have been filed. He then turned around and claimed that Tim had never said it in the first place. These conflicting stories between Mark and Tim highlight just how poorly managed this firm is and how little accountability exists. The end result was that I was misled, ignored, and left completely unprotected as the deadline approached. This experience was a waste of time, caused enormous stress, and showed a shocking lack of professionalism. In my view, their conduct was careless, misleading, and borderline negligent. I strongly caution anyone: do not trust this firm with your taxes. Avoid them at all costs.

    Nicole Gabriel: Love the nature trail behind the college. They have ample parking. They have trails behind the college. Several small ponds,lots of nature too see. Never seems too be too overcrowded whenever we go. Nothing too virgerius, they dont have any up or down hills. Just twisting graveled trails. Definitely recommend checking it out. It can get kinda muddy especially if it has rained in the last several days. So you may want to bring your hiking shoes if you have any. Last time we walked the trails we saw bunnies,frogs/ toads and deer.

    Richard Denman: Unfortunately This is a terrible bank.. Someone tried to use my bank card on a transaction through Walmart, thank God Walmart Stopped the transaction, And when I tried to get get ahold of the bank of course they were closed on Sunday..and on Sunday and I also was locked out of my account with no one to get ahold of no way to stop any further transactions so someone could have cleaned my account out totally and got away with it... and there is no 1 in this bank to help, the manager of the downtown Auburn branch told told me months ago she would get information for me on a transaction that took place 4 months ago, to this day she still has not returned my call or left a message.. again a worthless bank... if youre Is someone with a moderate amount of money do not open an account, They will drown you one way or another, no way to get ahold of them, no one to help, avoid at all cost..

    Julia Davidson: Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.
