I appreciate the attention and the time that they give me as I make my selections. Im usually conferring with someone internationally during the process and they wait very patiently as we communicate back and forth. They attend to each detail that the person Im communicating with has questions about or requests. This is rare service ladies, I am honored and Im grateful.

They provided excellent customer service and were knowledgeable and assertive without putting any pressure on us to make a decision today. They also changed a watch battery for us with a very quick turn around time. The manager, Christine, was very helpful and patient at explaining the process for custom jewelry and providing a wide variety of options for me to try. I would definitely recommend this location!
