1 /5 Mali Fernando: On march 28th 2025 I purchased a diamond ring for my wife from jc penny. ( store manager cindy) they charged me nearly $3700 and promised my wife to adjust the ring size . Since this day to this day we never had this ring on our possession and to top that now they sent the it again to the jewelers and asked them to see if they can rectify it. The ring came back its still doesnt fit . It was never used . Npw they cindy the manager is making a story saying we are aggressive towards ger and thats the reason that she cant process the buy out. I have called coperate and complained. This is not fair. We paid a lot of money towards that. Its all our savings

1 /5 Anthony Junior: Woman in womens department was so rude. Told my wife not to shop in petite but to shop in woman plus. What a piece of crap. Will never go there again. Went to Mgrs office,no one to be found.
