5 /5 A C A: I came into the Roosevelt Field location looking for a beautiful ring that I had seen online but was sold out everywhere. The store is beautiful and Adriana was the sweetest and most helpful sales associate. She went out of her way to check all around the store to try to find it for me. After being unsuccessful in finding stock in the store, she went above and beyond to check the stocks of other stores, locate the ring and have it sent to me. The store was so busy and she still took so much time to help me! She had the cutest ad friendliest personality and made the whole experience so pleasant. Associates like her will turn me into a Kendra Scott fan for life because I will always support a brand with exceptional service and kind people! I hope she gets recognized for her hard work because the whole experience was so pleasant and easy!

5 /5 Daniel Sullivan: I recently was looking for the impossible for mothers day. My wife had been wanting some Apple Watch bands that have been discontinued or no longer available. I called customer service and spoke with Ethan and he was awesome and tracked down what I needed. I called your store in NY (630 Old Country Rd spc 1071a, Garden City, NY 11530) and spoke with Jen and Sam who found what I needed. They were both very nice and accommodating. They were able to help me get exactly what I was searching for and get it delivered before Mother’s Day. They say customer service is dying but not at Kendra Scott. Thanks all.
