Echo Expansion: For the most part they are good for your personal banking. Always have helped me in the past with issues. A couple tellers are a little moody but will see that anywhere. The mobile app is kind of bad, you have to learn some tricks to get it working to do certain actions. They recently updated the app and user interface (Oct 2024) which I was excited about, but while it does look more modern, it’s generally the same app with the same issues.
