1 /5 Jen Vest: This place is dirty has hardly anything in it and is tan by an extremely rude hairy man !!! He thinks he can be rude to everyone and when you stick up for yourself he bans you from the store ! Which is fine by me I think they may have roaches! Pawn pro on Erie is a great spot for those who don’t want to put up with that man’s rudeness . Was rude the moment I walked in I said hi how are you? He said nothing. Walked to the other counter and says to me ..you think you can come a few hours before closing next time? We have a lot to do when closing !!!!! Who does that? I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy ! Hope they go out of business to be honest

1 /5 Abdul Hadi: Horrible experience. I dont know who the guy with the ponytail is, but hes bad for business. Incredibly rude for no reason. Also, how can you call yourself a pawn shop when you barely have anything besides used DVDs?

The man with the lady hair tried to give me 19 dollars for silver, I went to we pay more pawn on Oswego road in Liverpool and got 27 dollars per ounce. Pawn king is a disrespectful joke

Natalie S: I’m gonna be honest my last service was amazing but the time before this it was horrible because while I was checking out this time the lady offered me a box or gift bag but the time before this I had a horrible experience the cashier told me “we don’t have gift box’s or bags we don’t do that here” and when I come back a couple months later to find out they do is sad because it’s giving very much I don’t have time to wrap up the item or give you the time of day after you spend money here… like I understand but it was a piece of jewelry for a gift Whice made me upset because I wanted it to look nice… and for $60 I kinda hope you can at least make it look nice… anyways what I take from this is I won’t come back to this one anytime soon because it seems like service is inconsistent Whice is sad because I come here a decent amount. Mind you I got 3 bracelets and only asked one to be wrapped nice and honestly that why I came there because I would expect out of all places that coach would do that and I guess I was wrong… but I do I give 5 stars to the lady today who actually offered me the gift box and bag!!!

Matt Olivo: Did a buy back and they lost my stuff for a few days and then when they found it it was missing a controller n wanted me to pay the same price and wouldn’t give me an additional controller. Stay away from this place they are beyond shady it’s not worth the hassle. I will never do business with them again and will tell any one who wants to about their business dealings worst place in cny!!!!

R Scofield: I can deal with the fact that I walked in with a mask but she didnt feel the need to wear 1. But I couldnt get past the nasty attitude. I dont know if shes like that to everyone but I assume it is since she dont know me. The prices were mostly higher than eBay. Ill go elsewhere.
