5 /5 Alyssa Fazio: I originally came in for a ring but unfortunately the company doesn’t make too many in my size. However with the friendliness of the employees, a young woman I didn’t get her name as well as Traci, I found a bracelet that captured my eyes and Traci helped me out with the fitting and checkout. Both of them were very professional and made me feel super welcome and valued. Thank you both so so much for making my day on such a busy retail day. Little things and a positive attitude go a long way. Keep up the amazing work ladies!

5 /5 T Holliday: My hubbs and I visited on a weekday afternoon and was greeted by Nicola. This beautiful young lady was the sweetest and most helpful Swarovski associate that Ive ever encountered. She was so patient as we browsed around and extremely informative about the pieces I inquired about. As an anniversary gift, My hubbs purchased the Imber tennis bracelet, necklace, and stud earrings for me. Im in love with the set and will definitely be visiting this location again. 1 /5 Kris Hyun: As we walked in, staff wasn’t even looking at us. Too busy on her phone. When we asked if there is a pendant or charm, all she said was “no”. Nothing else. My wife had the charm she bought here but lost it and that’s why we came. Didn’t even care to find out what we were looking for.
