1 /5 LAURA RICHARDS: Would definitely stay away from this bank!! They put my Dads account in overdraft for over $5000 using a debit card that was cancelled months ago. Now telling him he can get a loan to cover it or wait 45 days and he will be put in collections. Wont even let us dispute the charge. Someone at the bank decided it was a legitimate charge and he owes it!!

1 /5 Jim Mcmahon: Bank every so often will add overdraft protection to your account and expect you to still pay the fees when you arent supposed to have overdraft on your account Im thinking it is employees messing around with peoples account as it can change month to month without any interaction with the bank

1 /5 zzz999zzz zzz999zzz: Stay away. I opened a savings account with $100 in March of 2021. I was told I would receive a debit card and account information. Never received either and it is now July of 2021. When I opened the account, I simply transferred the $100 from a checking account to them, no problem. Now to get my $100 back, I either have to go in person or mail a notarized letter to get my money back - not as easy to get it back as it was to send. Ive never had this much trouble with a bank.

Russell Snyder, Jr: I was pleased with the Bank Teller at this branch (Elm Street Malone,NY). However I was informed that I can no longer get coins, for small business and other activities. I dont understand their policy, your a bank, but you cant do what a bank is supposed to? If I cant get what I need, why should I or anyone want a Community Bank Account?! This is a comment to Corporate, as its THEIR POLICY and not the Tellers discretion. Ive been a Community Bank Account holder for 8 years. Dont feel valued with policies like this that limit money exchanges, I mean come on isnt that the definition of a bank?! Way to help small businesses!

Jesse Patnode: My girlfriend put 800 down for a yearand has paid every month she thought her last payment was due on the 28th and it was due on the 18th we didnt get a phone call or anything not only that. But they are trying to tell her she never paid which they never gave a receipt each time she paid and is now saying she is canceled so there is over 1,000$ down the drain pathetic I must say so myself. We necer had this problem with the other company!

Kelsey M.: Terrible customer service and the bank manager, who took days to get back to me, didn’t help either. This bank mistakenly put a second hold on my account and left my account in the negative. I had to call the KeyBank general number to get them to help me resolve the issue that this branch caused. I decided to close my account because of this bank’s error (among other issues), and I was told to pay a $25 early closing fee. I asked to speak to a manager, but she was busy and I was told she would call me back. Days later, she didn’t, so I had to call and follow up. I got a call back saying the bank manager (who I never even spoke to directly) refused to waive the $25 fee, despite this bank being the reason I wanted to close the account. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
