1 /5 Missfit TV: If any of you value your hard earned money then don’t go to this bank. They take the liberty of paying your bills for you when you don’t have the money for it. Then they have the gaul to add another 30 dollar fee to your account. Very very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere, as should all of you.

1 /5 JOSE SAN PEDRO: The woman named Julie who works at this Credit Union is literally the worst human being Ive ever dealt with in my life! Seems like she has something to prove and is arguably the most disrespectful person Ive ever dealt with. She shouldnt be dealing with customers. I can only assume that the terrible reviews about this Credit Union is about this woman.

1 /5 Nate Mainville: Absolute trash! The bank “upgraded” their systems and none of the payment info was transferred over which caused me to almost miss a payment. I live out of state and I do not receive my statements until well after the payment due date. I updated my information and set up auto-pay in the new system. The new auto pay system did not work, causing me to almost miss another payment! Luckily I caught both in time. The App is also garbage and provides no way to monitor or edit credit card payments. If this wasn’t my oldest credit account, I would close it and never do business with company again.

Russell Snyder, Jr: I was pleased with the Bank Teller at this branch (Elm Street Malone,NY). However I was informed that I can no longer get coins, for small business and other activities. I dont understand their policy, your a bank, but you cant do what a bank is supposed to? If I cant get what I need, why should I or anyone want a Community Bank Account?! This is a comment to Corporate, as its THEIR POLICY and not the Tellers discretion. Ive been a Community Bank Account holder for 8 years. Dont feel valued with policies like this that limit money exchanges, I mean come on isnt that the definition of a bank?! Way to help small businesses!

Jesse Patnode: My girlfriend put 800 down for a yearand has paid every month she thought her last payment was due on the 28th and it was due on the 18th we didnt get a phone call or anything not only that. But they are trying to tell her she never paid which they never gave a receipt each time she paid and is now saying she is canceled so there is over 1,000$ down the drain pathetic I must say so myself. We necer had this problem with the other company!

Kelsey M.: Terrible customer service and the bank manager, who took days to get back to me, didn’t help either. This bank mistakenly put a second hold on my account and left my account in the negative. I had to call the KeyBank general number to get them to help me resolve the issue that this branch caused. I decided to close my account because of this bank’s error (among other issues), and I was told to pay a $25 early closing fee. I asked to speak to a manager, but she was busy and I was told she would call me back. Days later, she didn’t, so I had to call and follow up. I got a call back saying the bank manager (who I never even spoke to directly) refused to waive the $25 fee, despite this bank being the reason I wanted to close the account. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
