They were AMAZING! The service was fast, and the repairs were minimal. They made some reasonable repair suggestions, and the price was VERY reasonable. Their hourly rates for service are much lower than those in the Albany area. They accepted a credit card payment from me over the phone. I am tempted to drive up there for repairs on my other vehicles!

Nima I wanted to inspect a vehicle in Canton while i resided in Seattle, I was fooled by the price, its short description and fuzzy faded few pictures of the vehicle presented by a dealer. I found Bills Automotive over Google search and trusted him to do a vehicle inspection for me before i fly over 3000 miles and commit to purchase this vehicle. He went and inspected the vehicle and while i understood he himself is dealer and also knows the other party who was a dealer as well. He came back to me as reported the vehicle is in very good condition with absolutely no problem. I made my flight to Canton with changing 4 planes only to find out the vehicle is an absolute junk!. Seats were torn badly, structural rust underneath and on the side of the vehicle so badly that things were almost hanging from extreme rust. Tires were decomposed and paints all over were totally faded and several body damage and much much more. Noted the vehicle has been for sale for over a year and several previous sale attempts were failed. I found Bill a dishonest person while any person with no knowledge of vehicle would know this vehicle is in extreme bad shape and would seriously consider a junk and total, leave alone to be trusted to be driven over 3000 miles to Seattle. This dishonestly cost me 3 days of my time and more than $1200 cost of flight and a bad feeling of being so fool to trust this man. Never been so disappointed in my life and I pray to God they get what they deserve for their dishonestly. Both, the seller with totally misleading information and pictures and the dishonest Bills Automotive. I am sure they would get what they have done to me in their rest of lives.

Sam Sherwood Bill showed up on the scene of an accident and offered a free tow. From that point on we have been using Bills Auto for all our automobile needs. He is extremely fair in pricing and probably should charge more! He has done great work for us so far and offers loaner vehicles and other auto services as well. If youre expecting a pristine, dealer-type atmosphere, you wont find it here, but youll find good quality, fair priced work from a genuinely kind and generous man. I asked the salesman if he would install them for me. He said, "Id be happy to!" And when he was finished, ha asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" The best wipers for winter are the Trico brand. They will cost you more than the best you can buy at other stores, but NAPA is a car store. The total for the 2 Trico wipers I purchased came to $37.78. But they are excellent in ice and snow! Ive used them before, and highly recommend them!

Connor Hardiman "TAKEN FOR A RIDE," tl;dr: Inspections are not lucrative enough for Rt. 11 Trucking- take your business elsewhere! A textbook predatory mechanic. Ive been fooled by this business twice now, and it will not be happening again. I find it particularly sad to see one business taking advantage of another in our small North Country community. To my knowledge, this is the only garage within 60+ miles of me that is certified to perform inspections on vehicles over 10,000 lbs... they certainly use that fact to their advantage. Last year (2023), it ended up costing me over $800 to pass inspection- all of which could have been avoided by replacing a simple fuse. Needless to say, I was pretty steamed, but I paid up and moved on. Inspection time rolled around again this year, and I heard the Rt. 11 ownership had changed since my last experience... Since the alternative would have bene driving my F-550 over 60 miles to another garage, I foolishly decided to return to Rt. 11 for another inspection in December of 2024. It took them about a week to even look at the truck after dropping it off. Then they called to say one of the tires on my vehicle would not pass inspection; the grift began again. I reluctantly agreed to have them replace the tire: the truck was already there and how much could that possibly cost‽ Little did I know they would bill me AN HOUR AND A HALF for this; nearly $200 just to change a tire. We run a small farm business. The difference between a $20 inspection bill and a $500 bill for bogus AND unnecessary service is no small difference. Doing inspections is clearly not lucrative enough for Rt. 11 Trucking. They always find a few hours worth of labor to sink into your vehicle to make up for that. Again, I find it very disappointing to see local businesses prey on one another, and I am definitely not the only business it my personal orbit to have had issues with these folks. ln future, I will spend my money on diesel to take my business elsewhere.

James Green Do not recommend having any vehicle serviced here for any reason. They got me good. Quoted me for $79 for alignment. Leave there with a broken control arm & unaligned truck. $300 bill for bolt they broke. I would never go back there. Drove 45 mph straight to Mort Backus & sons got told they installed the bolt they broke backwards. So no can’t drive anywhere until get this resolved. Horrible customer service & lack of respect. My truck is in way worse condition then before I dropped off here for a simple alignment. No alignment & a 300$ bill to get my keys. Complete joke. Wish could post couple pics of their work.

Eric Cheng Canton Tire is a surprisingly good shop for those who judge a book by its cover. Usually I repair my own vehicles as much as I am capable of (Ive 4 hydraulic jacks in my garage) but they were able to find problems I ignored. The price is fair and they never asked me to replace anything that is not broken. Ill continue to use them.

Brought my car to get inspected and an oil change and an inspection, got a call at the end of the day saying that the oil was changed but I had to fix one thing on the car before the car could be inspected and was charged for the oil change and the labor for the inspection. So I fixed the one thing and brought it back to them 3 days later. This time I didnt get a call back and had to call asking if the car was done a day and a half later. When I went to pick it up I was told that they didnt finish the inspection the first time and they stop inspecting after thy find one thing wrong and when continuing the inspection they found that my reverse light was out. I was charged for labor and the inspection. Thank god nothing else was wrong with my car or I would have had to return multiple times and waited who knows how much. When I asked why they stop after they find one thing wrong the lady said thats how it is.
