Robert Brancato: Dr. Cassone and staff are incredibly receptive and provide info quickly. They actually answer the phone when I call unlike other offices. I cant recommend them highly enough. Would need 6 stars.
Rhiannon Patterson: I was already extremely dissatisfied with Plattsburgh cardiology as I wore a heart monitor in the spring and could have no one tell me anything even after messaging on my chart and calling.i have had multiple people tell me they had to switch because of the lack of care. I’m back in online school and need to know if I can be put back on my adhd medication and still have no answers on that. I was running late to an appointment that I called about and was okayed and because I sat in the line in the waiting room passed the 15 mins I wasn’t seen after waiting for 20 minutes to be told that. I then had an appointment at 1:30 that I was reminded to go to. I get there to be told that appointment is also canceled with no call and waiting twenty minutes after saying I would be seen. I lost a day of work and two trips of gas for no reason and still have no answers. The lack of care is sad.
Cat Mama: I was a patient at this office for over 2 years. All was fine until I started experiencing heavy bleeding between periods without reason. I spoke to 2 different nurses who were incredibly rude and dismissive. The first nurse told me the bleeding "was annoying but fine" and scheduled me for an appointment 2 months away. After a month of bleeding nonstop the second nurse told me Id just have to wait for my appointment.
My provider didnt do a comprehensive work-up to see what the issue could be but changed my birth control pill. Three months later, it will wasnt stopping on the new pill. Her explanation was that I was "hormonal" and changed my birth control pill an additional 3 times within one year.

In my experience it is poorly run. I called and went to the office a few times to find that although they are open until 4:30, they locked the doors and went home early. In my opinion, open until 4:30 means you are open until 4:30.
