Amy Kay Doctors are ok but the front desk receptionist and the secretary working there are very hard to deal with. They take forever to pick up the phone and when they do they are the least helpful. I had to call 4 times for them to get the doctor to fix a prescription and they kept giving me the runaround the whole day. When I finally asked for the manager they were able to do it but by that time the pharmacy had already closed. All I kept hearing all day was that they are very busy but a time sensitive prescription that needed to be filled was not on their priority list.

Jessica Chen My child was sick for more than 2 weeks, we saw 2 different doctors before we came to NYPQ pediatrics. Things did not go as we expected, my child was not getting better. I was anxious to find out whats wrong, and had prepare to fight for what I think should be done, but I didnt have to. I took the earliest possible appointment and met with Dr. Singh. She listened to everything that had happened, gave me a plan A and a plan B. She ordered X ray, which was done at NYHQ, no wait, free parking at the lot. She had the results in 2 hours and called me to proceed with the right plan (This process was fast and convenient, it is not common at private practices). We also did bloodwork right in the office, result came out the next morning. With the right diagnosis and medication, my child recovered in 2 days! Everyone we encountered was nice, compassionate and caring. I met with the receptionist Shai, Eva(RN?), phlebotomist Angela and of course Dr. Singh who listened, explained and followed up on the phone with great care. I really appreciate it during this difficult time. We went on a school day morning, office was not busy. I highly recommend this place!

Jose Sanchez Very inefficient. There is no such thing as walk in for this clinic. If you need to see your Dr. the best day they can do for you is a virtual 2 days later. Even if you get an appointment still not worth it. If your appointment is at 2 expect the Dr to see you at almost 3. Surprising given that it is Presbyterian.

emilia co This morning, I attempted to schedule an appointment with an OB-GYN. Despite speaking with and being transferred to FIVE individuals, I have been unable to successfully book the appointment. The process has been exceedingly frustrating, as I have spent one hour waiting and speaking with receptionists, yet have not received any solutions and have been given misleading information.

Alamara Khan Both of the doctors are angels! My entire family and I have been going to them for more than 15 years and we have had the best experience. We are very thankful to both of them. Unlike other places, both doctors give every patient so much attention and spend enough time with you. They make you feel like family. I would 110% recommend coming to this clinic.

Emily90 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Dr Meir Cohen is the worst doctor I’ve ever come across in my entire life, not only was he unhelpful and unprofessional, he was very demeaning and condescending. The whole visit was a horrible experience. I was also in a lot of pain and discomfort and frankly he just didn’t seem to care and make a lot of judgemental and shockingly unprofessional comments. He also really messed up my prescription, had I not gone to a different doctor to get a second opinion on this, it would’ve caused even more health issues and headaches. He is not a doctor that cares about his patients at all and will judge you and make you feel extremely uncomfortable. Trust all the 1 star reviews and to somewhere else.

When I was telling her I need physical check up too and then she was asking me madly why didn’t you told me? Gave me bad attitude. I don’t know why. Then she tell me I have to make appointment again for physical. She didn’t do physical and sent me home. Look like she came over there for fight with patients Instead of take care patients. I will never see her again and I will definitely not recommend her.

Richard Burgos I brought my mother into the ER around 9am. My mothers been battling a migraine for over a month and a half ago. 2pm they finally brought her to do a CT scan. Its now 3pm and they just finished and told her to wait for the doctor now. The hospitals make you wait for long periods of time to justify that theyre doing all they can. I get short staff and whatnot. But here, come on, theyre are not short staffed. Then the nurse of some of these pill-pushers. Send you on your way only to prescribed you Tylenol. Then you see the bill and for 5 minutes of your time a doctor gets paid a range of $600 through $$800+ to give you Tylenol. Let alone, the CT scan they did on my mother is over about close to $3k to $4k??? Nurses are the ones tired and dealing more with the patients then the doctor and yet theyre getting maybe about $30+ an hour if that or less. Sick world we live in to break the bank on people that cant live correctly an at ease with their health. While these doctors live a lavish life. Go ahead and bash me telling me Im wrong. The ones who do are the same ones that once they have this problem will run and cry asking for help.

She stared at me in a very awkward way. I felt I was treated like a fool. Very very unpleasant. It happened at 12pm in January 16, She sat by the front desk facing the door on the right, 2nd floor.

F J ACN Queens - Orthopedics rehabilitation center, DONTT GO! The PT experience was terrible here!!! Unreasonable charge with lazy service! Little care of patients symptoms but more focus on the billing! PT was not devoted at all!! The physician spent 40+ minutes of 1 hour questioning about the insurance coverage which should have been checked by someone else prior to the visit. Even with phone calls to insurance company during the session that the patient had to make to prove out the insurance coverage is okay with the PT, the PT still hesitated to start with the treatment and was constantly away during the last 15-20min of the session. At the end, the PT told the patient that it was his last day and left with no follow ups. And the patient was asked to pay full rate for a lazy service. Although the insurance covers, the patients portion of the payment was still at least 3 times higher than other regular PT locations. The one star credited to the patient service customer service and front desk, who were nice to speak with.

Kathleen McGovern Should not be practicing. A dangerous man. My husband died under his LACK of care. No follow up. Time and time again had to be reminded to call in prescriptions. Doctored his notes to cover up negligence. My husband was his patient for over 20 years and there was no condolences after his passing. The office has no modern facilities. My only comfort is that KARMA is going to get him.

Good The service at this office has completely diminished. Dr. Reddy has been my doctor for over 6 years and seems to have reduced hours over the years as it’s become more difficult to get an appointment. Over the years I’ve changed insurances and would always call to give them my new insurance before coming in. I set the earliest appointment which was about 14 days out. I took the day off work and made my way in. After completing the new insurance form they said they could not look it up. U called my provider to verify my status and confirm the number. I did it once again and again she couldn’t find it. She then told me I couldn’t be seen by the doctor because she couldn’t verify the number. They never made an attempt to call directly, or give me any other payment options. Which would have been perfectly fine with me. I’ve paid for medical services before and gotten reimbursed by my insurance provider. The fact is they never even considered it. Simply told me they could not see me. NOT once did they ask me what I was in for, if I’d been in pain, or purpose. Simply said they could not treat me. I don’t want to assume this had anything to do with my race but they didn’t seem to care that I’d taken time off work, I’d called them to give my insurance information in advance, or that I’m financially capable of paint and value my health above all. I’ll be doing some research on a new primary care doctor. Save yourself the time and get a recommendation on someone else who still cares about health and their patients well being. This place is only focused on money. If you have a great primary care physician from his/her name below. Thanks

Milagros Savoca My experience with this hospital has been overwhelmingly positive, from the emergency room to the fourth floor, where my mother was a patient. The care provided by the nursing staff, including Lisa, Samantha, and Priya, was exceptional. The support staff ensured that my mothers personal care needs were met with dignity and respect. As I navigated the decision to transition my mother to hospice care at home, the hospital staff provided invaluable guidance and support. I highly recommend this hospital and hope that a benefactor will consider donating funds to upgrade their medical equipment, including beds that rotate and provide alternating vibrations, to enhance patient care and outcomes. CML C Nurse Elaine MUST be recognized. I did not have the best birth experience however Elaine treated me like family. I was terrified as we were faced with so many obstacles. She held my hand and was extremely honest when I was fearful. I was rushed to the OR for an emergency c section and she made sure photos were captured and that I had skin to skin as these things were important to me. I was emotional when her shift ended after 15 hours of being by my side. She even came over after her shift to check on me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this traumatic birth experience seamless. I hope you get all of the recognition you deserve. I emailed manager Nicole to see what else I can do to share my story. Im waiting to hear back.
