Amy Kay Doctors are ok but the front desk receptionist and the secretary working there are very hard to deal with. They take forever to pick up the phone and when they do they are the least helpful. I had to call 4 times for them to get the doctor to fix a prescription and they kept giving me the runaround the whole day. When I finally asked for the manager they were able to do it but by that time the pharmacy had already closed. All I kept hearing all day was that they are very busy but a time sensitive prescription that needed to be filled was not on their priority list.

Jessica Chen My child was sick for more than 2 weeks, we saw 2 different doctors before we came to NYPQ pediatrics. Things did not go as we expected, my child was not getting better. I was anxious to find out whats wrong, and had prepare to fight for what I think should be done, but I didnt have to.
I took the earliest possible appointment and met with Dr. Singh. She listened to everything that had happened, gave me a plan A and a plan B. She ordered X ray, which was done at NYHQ, no wait, free parking at the lot. She had the results in 2 hours and called me to proceed with the right plan (This process was fast and convenient, it is not common at private practices). We also did bloodwork right in the office, result came out the next morning. With the right diagnosis and medication, my child recovered in 2 days!
Everyone we encountered was nice, compassionate and caring. I met with the receptionist Shai, Eva(RN?), phlebotomist Angela and of course Dr. Singh who listened, explained and followed up on the phone with great care. I really appreciate it during this difficult time.
We went on a school day morning, office was not busy.
I highly recommend this place!
