Robin Erickson Diane and her team have always been so caring and good to our pets. When our dog broke her leg , the Surgeon said she would never walk right again. Diane put her in a cast and for years after that Scooter not only walked but ran. She passed away but we will never forget the excellent care we received.

Spring Forestry Very happy with the care and love my cats have received at Schoharie Valley Veterinary Clinic. My cats are family and I wouldnt entrust them with just anyone. Its been difficult finding a vet in the area over the past few years after our previous vet closed, but were grateful to have found Dr. Denise and the wonderful vet techs and staff at Schoharie Valley. Everyone is highly professional and the facility is clean and well-run. They definitely treat my beloved kitties with love and excellent care and I know they are in good hands here. I recently had a kitten spayed there and i have to say it was the smoothest most trouble-free spaying experience Ive ever had! She seemed back to normal almost as soon as we got home! Worth the scenic drive from Greene County!

Cindy Great place to get dental work done. Dr. E got me in on short notice and was very pleasant. He set me up with x-rays, a consult and same day cleaning. Shannon cleaned my teeth and did a great job. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Schoharie dental. I will be seeing you soon for the rest of my dental work.

Victoria Shave I was a little nervous to join this office after seeing the reviews, but was determined to get out of my previous dentist office. This office exceeded all of my expectations! First, it’s beautiful and busy. (Pro tip- there’s an additional parking lot across the street that I didn’t notice until my second visit.) I was able to get an appointment within 3 weeks of calling. First visit was a check up and X-rays. They scheduled me for a cleaning the following week and some fillings for 7 months out (I know I know). They told me not to worry, they had frequent cancellations and it was likely it would be much sooner. I received a text DAYS later asking if I wanted to take an opening for my fillings right after my cleaning appointment (same day!). My cleaning went amazing. I don’t know who did it but she literally did the best job and even removed a stain I didn’t know could be removed- because no past dental hygienist tried. If I knew her name I’d give her five stars too! After, I changed rooms and my fillings were done. It was pain free, professional and fast. Everyone working there that I’ve interacted with just seems to be enjoying their job and so great at what they do. I couldn’t recommend this office enough! I’m SO relieved that I gave this office a try. They’ll be my go to from here on out!

Serrina Alley Ive been going for years and after my old doctor retired Ive had multiple appointments set up with Dr.Dar their new physician and she keeps rescheduling "wont be in the office" I have yet to see her or have an actual appointment with her for more then a year. Its ridiculous, she doesnt care about her patients. They are just another paycheck to her. Stay way from using her for you own health find a better doctor who cares enough to see you.

Timothy Gostling This facility has brought my family nothing but frustration. The Doctors and nurses who work here are great, but the billing and administrative staff are useless. Their billing cadence is months behind and frequently inaccurate, and I recently had an important appointment rescheduled for the 4th time. It has now been close to a year I have waited for a consult with a specialist. I have received great treatment at the hospitals in both Cobleskill and Cooperstown, no idea why the staff at the Health Center cant figure it out. They are truly a discredit to the Bassett name, as their dozen of 1 star review on her clearly show. Only giving a second start because of how much I like my physician and nurse here. They are both top notch, and I cant imagine how embarrassing it must be to graduate medical school and then be assigned to work for a facility this disorganized and unprofessional.
