Paul Boice This place sucks!!!!! The new manager is ignorant and most of the staff are morons! If you dont know how to do something just say so dont butcher people!!! This is the worst place, and I would NOT want anyone to make the mistake of going there!!! The only decent hair dresser there is Devon and I hope she quits and gets a job at a respectable shop!!! YOU SUCK!! And Im sorry I ever went there!!!!

Moncrieffe Maxine A (Maxwanette A Poetess) I went to Walgreens with my sister, to grab her prescriptions, and ended up here, at Kingston Plaza. The staff at the pharmacy were pleasant, thorough, & helpful. Theyre Awesome! Thanks again Walgreens & for helping us with directions & bus information. Well surely be back! I do intend to take a peek at the other stores there.

Judy Moore A place that has been here for decades. I remember when it opened. The stores may change, but it is still a busy place. It always manages to stay relevant with stores like marshals now Ulta, UPS store and my favorite mother Earth and Gibson chiropractic which was the reason that I came today.

J Every Who would have thought the old mall would outlive the new mall? This mall doesnt look like much. And def has a strip mall / plaza vibe these days. But it has some of my favorite places. My nail salon, DSW, Barnes and Noble, Ulta, Old Navy, UPS... the parking isnt horrible, the location is great.

Ann Brandt Sakimura Hibachi and Asian Fushion. We havent done a Hibachi table in a long time. It was fun and delicious.

Alicia Berryann I came in the other day and was very disappointed. I will be finding another place to go from now on, because Im tired of being disappointed here. Theres only maybe 2 people that work there that are good at nails and I did not get one of them. She cut my finger with the dremel tool, and she burned my nailbed by holding it too long against my nails. Then the end look was so disappointing. You can see the difference in my thumbnails size too in one of my attached pictures. Not what I wanted at all. Very frustrating. The first picture was the one I showed her, the example of what I wanted. I feel like this was a simple job, red nails. They ended up being misshapen and different sizes in the end.

Moncrieffe Maxine A (Maxwanette A Poetess) I decided to get a French mani-pedi and went with it. The results werent bad. The only issues I had was that the cuticles around my fingernails had mini cuts & they dont provide a lotion or cream after the nails are done, so they dont look so dry and ashy. But otherwise? Not too bad.

Amber Elbery They weren’t exceptionally friendly and the work was decent, but not great. One of my nails is lumpy and of course matte isn’t forgiving. They also look like I’ve had them for a week and have grown out even though it was just 30 mins ago.

Melissa S. Excellent and fantastic service! My mothers feet needed A LOT of attention and work. Very nice people who took good care of her. They gave her a Great foot massage and moisturized her feet and took off her calluses and dead skin. She got a her favorite teal color gel tips that are still on a month later. I loved my pedicure too! It made me feel wonderful! Everything was so relaxing. I’m so grateful to the staff! They even recommended a great Chinese restaurant for us afterward. Thank you for a lovely time!

Kristina Teneyck Dont throw your $$ away find another place. Had done 2/17 on 2/19 half nail polish came off middle finger. Then thumb chipped nail n polish next day. Then next day had total chip out middle of ring finger n then my middle polish pealed n cracked off my nail. My nails are not soft. Gel keeps them nice n sturdy. I had them done 2 months prior on Delray Fl i got them done right after i got a chip. 1 chip 2 months. 1 week old at tranquility my 50$ cats eye for a funeral n they are all chipping n pealing n now she filed them do much they are weak n i have to cut them all down n start over. You can see the dips in my nails. It took her 1 hr soaking n sanding to get my old gel off. Ive never not had them swapped in cotton m foil not in a dish like a regular manicure. She needed soak my tips totally not have my curle them in what little was in the dish. Shittiest job ive had since i was 21. Never ever again.

Name The first picture are my toes. The other two pictures were the inspiration that I gave Lynn.. Lynn has given me the BEST pedicure and nail art. Ive been searching for years in multiple cities and states to find somebody Who could not only give me a thorough pedicure, but also do nail art. Lynn, is that person I will be back every two weeks.

Patricia Deanna is the best! Her studio is clean and comfortable, she uses high-quality products, and shes extremely knowledgeable about nail health. I walked out with exactly what I asked for and couldnt be happier!

Bonnie Cring This is the only place I will go in Kingston to get my nails done. Tony makes my nails look so nice with the builder gel manicure (with tips on in the beginning). I hate that fake look and he’s so good at making my nails look natural. No powder here. Chong does a great pedicure too, and they are always upbeat and happy.

Lara N Best pedicure I’ve ever had. They really take their time and do a great foot massage. I went with 2 others and we all got pedicures. Each nail technician was fabulous. I upgraded to one of the spa manicures but I’ve had those other places and it’s never been this good. Attention to detail is great. Clean, bright and nice atmosphere. The massage chairs are strong and feel great! Def recommend and will return!!

Elena Nieves Hands down best salon in Kingston, I’ve been to them all! I had just soaked a week prior in another salon and my nails were lifting/ detaching on the sides; I decided to give them a try. Since going to them I haven’t broken or had any issues with my nails. My fill can last 3 weeks. They’re pleasant and punctual. They schedule appointments and accept walk in’s. Other women are always complimenting me on my nails and asking where I go…. I tell them pretty xo, ask for John.

E. C. Nails were done well but definitely nothing like the photo I showed both the receptionist and nail tech. I think I picked the wrong colors so not totally their fault. I just wish the tech had helped me choose the colors closest to the photo. Asked for glitter on the white nails and was not given it. I was not asked if I liked them or if I wanted to change anything. Shaping was minimal. I will be looking for a new place or I may just do them myself in the future. Hand massage with the hot towel was nice. Pricing was fair and quite a bargain in my opinion, $35 for gel is great…but you get what you pay for lol. I should’ve just gone with one color instead of bringing in a reference photo.

Grace Arnold This was my second time going to New Style Nails after my boss initially recommended them to me. NSN sends text message appointment reminders and are always available to get you in at the last minute. The salon is clean, organized, and everyone is extremely nice. I will be going back to them for the foreseeable future! Jennifer is the best and so patient if you struggle with deciding which color you want! I got a UV gel manicure with chrome on top.

She was professional and friendly. I got the organic spa pedicure and gel pedicure and manicure. These pictures are 3 days after I got them done. Still holding on nicely.

Sabrina Hartless The worst manicure I’ve ever paid for. I asked for Gels and did not get gels, I could understand that being a miscommunication and me not speaking up, ok. But the manicure itself was awful. Rushed, she didn’t trim my cuticles, by nails were filed crooked and uneven, the top coat applied did not cover each nail entirely leaving part of each nail looking dull and unfinished. I’m shocked the place was so crowded because I will never go back. Waste of money.

Jennifer A I’m sorry but this place has become so bad! The atmosphere inside leaves little to be desired and the staff is terrible except maybe one or two girls that are sweet. I’ve gone to quite a few nail salons but the staff here literally does not understand you at all and I’m used to a slight language barrier, but this was ridiculous. Nor are they even friendly when trying to discuss something, they do a half assed job and it wasn’t even worth complaining because I just wanted to get out of there. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else if you want any kind of quality experience!

melissa valguarnera Picture on the left is what I asked for picture on the right is what I paid $65 not including tip. Not only did I verbally tell the girl what I wanted I showed her a picture. My nails is half the length I asked for and double the width. Not even, and still have product all over my finger tips. NEVER again. I would highly NOT recommend this place.

TJ I’ve had gel manicure and pedicure at other places however I was referred here by a friend because the place I was going to wasn’t keeping their standards of cleanliness up. Facility was immaculately clean. The staff was friendly. However I’m only giving it two stars because within eight days my gel manicure was coming off. My gel pedicure which usually last me three weeks sometimes longer was chipping off in 10 days. When I called to see if they could fix the nails that were chipped I was told that the gel manicure only last one week. So they would not fix it. I would have to pay to have a whole new manicure. I am undecided if I will return. Definitely would not get the gel.

Heather Shear From the second I walk through the door I was feeling rushed. I had an appointment for myself and my two grown daughters. It was in a big rush. I had to point out multiple times where she didn’t even put any nail polish on my nail I asked for a simple design. She tried three times And my three year old granddaughter my youngest daughter is 20 and went to beauty school So she knows how the procedure should go. The nails were not glued. They were not shaped symmetrical. One was completely twisted and pointing to the left after multiple times of her asking nicely if it could be filed so it’s more even the woman was flailing her arms at her, and then continue to file her very abruptly. all three of us had less than mediocre looking at nails we could’ve done better ourselves then comes to time to pay. We are asking for a tip which we are not unreasonable humans. I gave the woman $15 tip who did a horrendous job on our Alyce for the three of us, she was asking for more money are you kidding me? !!!! We will never set Back in this establishment and I suggest you don’t either we got manicures and pedicures they did not scrub the bottom of my two daughters feet and they did not trim the cuticles on our feet nor our fingers

laura ebert Do not go here. They gave me menu for pedi spas that said 33 dollars then gave me another menu on checkout that said 40. The nail polish regular on both mine and daughters toenails came off completely from several toes a few hours later after wearing shoes. Never experienced this before. Avoid. Dishonest and low quality mail polish. Photo day after my pedi.

They are more $$ then other places..30$ for tips and gel 35$ for a french tips & gel. 40$ for all the nails to have any design. First I got tips and gel powder. I loved them. U have to ask them to take care of your cuticles. For Christmas I got a French Manicure. Now for February I no longer need the tips my nails grew so long I found a style Online and asked them to copy. They came close I spent 40$ I like the gel powder because it protects my nails from braking.. Its a good place! I do have to say The first time I went I didnt feel comfortable now that they know us their very nice!!
