For every appointment, Krista Gardner PA-C, took the time to listen to me, follow up on how I was doing and create health plans that truly worked for me; best primary care practitioner Ive ever had.

Marietta K I cant believe how terrible this place is. I asked to switch providers within the group. I stated it wasnt personal and I wanted to switch because I liked another provider more. After this, I received a letter in the mail saying they were dropping me from the group and needed to find another provider! I was dumfounded

macie fusco Disappointing Decline in Service I have been a patient of Dr. Marianna Mustafa for over a decade, and it is with great disappointment that I write this review. While I have always appreciated the care provided by my doctor, the decline in service from the office staff over the past three years has been nothing short of unacceptable. The once-efficient and friendly office staff has deteriorated into a team that is consistently rude, disorganized, and unable to perform basic tasks effectively. Simple requests such as sending prescriptions, referrals, or test results have become arduous tasks that take an unreasonable amount of time to fulfill. As a result of this incompetence, I have often resorted to seeking medical attention elsewhere. Whether its through urgent care facilities or using the MVP/Galileo app, I have found that obtaining necessary blood tests or prescriptions is far quicker and more efficient than attempting to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. It is deeply frustrating to see the quality of service decline so drastically over the years. As a long-time patient, who does have multiple health diagnoses, I have witnessed firsthand the negative impact this has had on my health as well as the overall patient experience. Despite my loyalty to my doctor, I find myself questioning whether it is worth enduring the inefficiencies and frustrations associated with Dr. Mustafa. In conclusion, while I have great respect and appreciation for my doctors medical expertise, I can no longer tolerate the subpar service provided by the office staff. It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for her & management to address these issues and restore the office to its former standard of excellence.

Derek Rowe I think most will agree that people show their character more honestly when things arent going well. Well, their new computer system went down when I came here for my appointment. I think it was handled well and these employees have great character. Edit: I also really liked the doctor I saw. I dont usually feel so well understood and listened to.

Corinne Pepper arrived and nobody was in the lobby- at all. i rang the bell as it said nobody came by i went to the back and asked a pt guy and he said they should be there. went upstairs and asked somebody who harshly told me that they were closed "obviously". not going back anytime soon

Tori Towers Everytime I go to Milton Health Center I have to wait at least 45 minutes after my appointment just to see my doctor and then she just brushes off all of my concerns and feelings with some smart remark that isnt needed. Do not recommend. I will be switching doctors. I dont need to feel like I cant speak up.

A. Riley I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The front-end staff are very friendly and helpful, but the LPN that was my primary care provider, had zero compassion and dismissed my health issues as "you are just getting older". She does not return important messages from the portal in a timely manner, if at all. The best thing she did for me is to refer me to a specialist who actually provides care. Again, avoid this place if you wish to have adequate Healthcare.

jay dunbar ER is a joke. After waiting 2 hours in the ER waiting room to be seen, send us out to the car to wait and "put us on the list". They actually took us off the list and made us wait 3 more hours and tried to charge us a second time, only to send us home without solving the problem. Watched a girl that appeared stab waiting more than 3 and a half hours before she was even seen, while taking coughing patience immediately in. ER wants its covid funding more than to help

Deb Sully My partner of 27 years was nauseated and in pain. We went to the E.R. at 11:am. My boyfriend was admitted at 10:15 pm with a bad gallbladder which was removed the next day. I saw so many people suffering and in pain in that poor excuse for an emergency room. No updates on any tests nobody checking to maybe offer these poor people a blanket as they sit there in pain for hours. I wasnt sick and sat there with him for over 11 hours. Imagine what it is like when you feel horrible and you just sit and and sit. Absolutely pathetic. Once he got to an E.R. room things were better. And once he got on 3T floor they were very good. I dont know what or why the E.R. is so totally screwed up but somebody should be accountable for such a disastrous run facility. I pray I never have to go to that hell hole again.
