3 /5 Patricia Roberts: There was a pretty long wait for a table which we expected. Our waitress was great. Everything else.... ok to just plain disgusting. One person didnt get what she ordered and when she finally got her meal, everyone else was done so she had to box hers up. Someone else ordered the salmon and it was the smallest piece of salmon that I have ever seen. The prime rib actually looked pretty good. Now for my meal, the seafood platter... haddock was not cooked, it was mushy, clams casino were disgusting. The shrimp were ok but I couldnt get the taste of the clams out of my mouth. Same with the scallops.. no flavor.. I swear everything was microwaved instead of broiled. Will I recommend? Nope. Will I go back? Nope. Parking sucks as well. Just a horrible experience. If it wasnt for our waitress, I would have gotten up, hugged my friends and went home and cooked something edible.

5 /5 Roohi: On 23rd Dec 2022, we were driving down to NYC from Toronto when we were hit by the worst snow storm in the history. The only place I was able to find immediate shelter was the Alabama Hotel. The incredibly great person I met here was Joe Boradt who saved our lives and so many others by opening the doors and giving us food + warmth and shelter for nearly 48 hours! He was working non-stop 24*7 to take care of us and ensuring we were safe and well fed. Thank YOU Joe, idk what we would’ve done if it wasn’t for you. I don’t have words to describe how grateful I am. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the owner of the hotel who was more than willing to accommodate all of us in this extreme situation. Thank you guys! Your hospitality is very appreciated and I will be back soon once the storm is over to thank you in person! If you are around or see this hotel, you must make a stop here, experience the hospitality and meet them! They are amazing people! ❤️

2 /5 Elsbeth Fumia: We stopped for lunch, ordered fish dinner and a chicken sandwich. Waitress came back to let my husband know that the roll had dairy( he cant have dairy). Nothing else was offered to him as an alternate meal. I asked for my dinner to go. Very disappointing, prices are ridiculous also. We wont be back

5 /5 John Braciszewski: Just started dinning out here, plan on going there most Friday evenings for dinner. A little more expensive than the place I used to go for a fish fry but the food is very good, better quality fish and a great salad bar included. The wait staff are exceptional.

5 /5 Elizabeth Stroka: We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and there was no wait. Service was very quick and the food was delicious! Only the first spread of the menu is available for lunch, which might be good to note in the menu itself. Loved my swap style tenders, and my husband really enjoyed his haddock sandwich.
