1 /5 Bobbi Toole: I get a quesadilla every time I go to Moe’s. They are always pretty good. But today it was terrible. It was the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had. Very dry, I couldn’t even taste cheese at all. I’m sure they put some on there but must’ve not been enough. It was falling apart because the cheese wasn’t holding it together. I’m not sure if it was just the employee that was not good at making it or if they changed their process of making them but it’s not good at all anymore.

3 /5 Nicole Gabriel: Typical moes chain restaurant. Its located in part of a shopping plaza. We were helped and promptly greeted when we walked in.The service food line seemed mostly clean. I ordered a burrito bowl. My son had the kids taco meal. They both came with a side of chips and free salsa bar. I also ordered a side of queso aswell. Overall it was ok. We were not given the cookie that goes with the kids meal. Didnt even realize it came with one until we had left and we had finished eating

1 /5 David Heindel: My daughter went here with the class from school trip after a field trip. Her burrito was falling apart, so she just owned it and cut it apart with silverware to eat it like a "bowl". As she separated the burrito, she uncovered a ball of hair, the size of nickel. This horrifying realization sent her into a gagging fit. The staff offered to make her a new burrito, but otherwise seemed unconcerned. At this point, my daughter could not stand the thought of eating anymore, and then noticed the apparent lack of hair nets and basic food service sanitation practices. Wont be going back...

But the staff remain miserable and rude as always, they still do the half-hearted "welcomeamohhhhs" greeting as always (guys, just say "Hello" or nothing at all), the place was filthy as per usual, and theres better value for the money at Taco Bell. But this place is better than Chipotle up the street, or Mesa G downtown. Ordering online is the best way to go here, keeping your interactions with staff to a minimum. They have shelves across from the cashier station for mobile/online orders. This place has been dicey ever since it opened, always a mess and always with iffy staff, but one new thing is that, at 730 on a Saturday night, the place was empty.

1 /5 DCB Vlogs: I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at Moe’s Bar & Grill today was unacceptable. My pickup order was supposed to be ready at 1:22 PM. I showed up at 1:30, fully understanding that delays happen, and politely asked how long it might be. The employee(Amy) working the counter was extremely rude and snappy, immediately complaining about having a $250 order ahead of mine and acting as if my question was an inconvenience. She blew up at me for simply asking and made it clear that the other order was “more important” than mine. I was never rude, just trying to get an estimate. Completely unprofessional behavior, and I left feeling disrespected. This is not how customers should be treated. This is Auburn Ny location 13021
