5 /5 Franjez: Tortoise and Hare exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The wings were crisp and well seasoned, the buffalo chicken nachos tasted fresh with house made tortillas, and the French onion soup dumplings were a standout. The skirt steak tacos were tender and flavorful, and the Bronx burger was cooked perfectly with a clean, buttery finish. The cocktails were balanced and genuinely well crafted. Service from Veronica and Stuart was attentive and warm, and the overall atmosphere made the experience even better. A strong dining choice on Broadway in the Bronx.

5 /5 Chino Hara: My favorite bar. Neighborhood bar. I live in the city but i come to this neighborhood for my son’s horseback riding every week. Food is amazing, everyone is super friendly and pleasant. My favorite is French onion dumpling. My kids love their burgers and French toast. Their drinks are yummy too. They have many games to play so my kids are entertained for hours while grown ups get drinks. I will continue coming here .

5 /5 Kimberly Gardens: I’ve been coming here for a while in and out. I’ve came here for holidays. I’ve came here on rainy days. I’ve came here on good days. Always the same energy and ambiance. The food is amazing it never fails. I don’t even have enough pictures to show it. They are always so friendly. Very open and comfortable. The hygiene of everything is always on point. I’d recommend them for just a sit at the bar if you’re alone, for watching a game, or even a date. It’s also been around now for a while and they’ve lasted because of their great customer service, their amazing drinks, and food. I recommend this place so highly it should be a 5 star not even just a 4.8. They deserve more than that and beyond. I will be the one to tell you definitely where I wouldn’t go and where I would. They play sports and I’m sure if you ask they will accommodate. I love their design it’s giving pub, but tortoise and hare for sure the devils in the details. You’ll always see also that people know this place. They will come back to back. I know if I want to come here even on a bad day I’d be good. Their brunch is also very good id recommend their shrimp skewers, Mac and cheese (they use real bacon bits), chicken wings, chicken sandwich and most definitely their veggie burger from their brunch.

5 /5 Joseph Murphy: My wife and I stopped there after our grandson’s track meet. First time in the area and I have to say it was very nice. We stopped to get some lunch the .place is very nice and the young man was very friendly. The food was perfect and I thought the prices were in line with today’s costs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal. Joe Murphy

5 /5 ELP ELP: This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I came this passing week just before the kitchen closed and had a really delicious meal. I enjoyed the Blackened chicken salad with avocado and tomato and a delicious app of teriyaki honey wings... What a fabulous presentation and I had a wonderful server. Her name was Donna. Very sweet & friendly... I would give this place five stars for presentation food & ambiance ...very chill. Nice environment, a pleasant vibe in the neighborhood. I shall return. I was impressed.... Thank you for a delicious meal.
