1 /5 Deborah Eaton: I actually don’t believe this business deserves one star. I had my car towed there because it was a AAA approved shop. They misdiagnosed the problem (Tim) telling me it was a starter and quoted $850.00 to repair. I was visiting from out of town so I was at the mercy of a service repair shop. I had it re-towed to another shop who diagnosed the problem (129.00) big difference. Tim was so rude and told me I owed him $97.00 for the diagnosis and wouldn’t release the car till I paid him. I didn’t have a car so I asked if I could give him my credit card over the phone. He rudely said “cash only “ . Since I didn’t have a car I said “ I’m not sure what to do”( I didn’t want to rely on others to drive me around. His reply was” you go to the bank and withdraw 97.00 or go to an atm and do the same. I told him I didn’t appreciate his condescending tone. When my friends husband went to the shop to pay him for me, he had a different tone, however he lied on the receipt and stated that I was nasty to him which wasn’t true. I would never never never recommend going here. I will report this to Triple AAA as well. I am not one to write negative reviews on any business however the behavior of this owner warrants it

1 /5 Jim Power: Always had good service until today. Ive taken my vehicle here several times and each time had excellent service. When I dropped my car off today I threw out a small bag of garbage in the dumpster. It was a literally only empty chip bags, snack bags ect. (I have kids). While waiting for our ride back home, the owner came out all aggressive and yelled and screamed at my wife and I and our two kids. "Did you throw out garbage in my dumpster?" We admitted we had, we wanted to try and clean the car as best as we could for the mechanic. He proceeded to demand that we take the garbage out of the dumpster and kept following us. I tried to explain that we were paying customers and just dropped off the vehicle for service. He continued to yell "using the dumpster is not part of the service and you need to get the garbage out now". The dumpster was empty, I couldnt reach the garbage at the bottom of the dumpster. Needless to say I asked for my key back. He flat out refused to give me my car key back. I HAD TO CALL AUBURN PD to get my car key back. Finally I got the key back when police arrived. Upon getting my key back he says "let it be a lesson to you not to throw garbage in peoples dumpsters". Let it be a lesson Ill never spend money at your establishment again. A small tiny bag of garbage over thousands of dollars of money Ive spent here. How petty.

5 /5 chuck wiggins: Just had my truck serviced at Sincebaugh Automotive. This is one of the most professional, clean, customer service oriented vehicle businesses I have dealt with. Friendly people right from the front office to each mechanic! I cannot recommend them highly enough. You won’t be disappointed! They know they’re stuff and will take the time to explain any questions you might have. Great people!

5 /5 Kendal Clouse: I had a really good experience here. I set up my appointment online which was promptly confirmed via text which was awesome! The work was done quickly and I thought the price was fair. The receptionist seemed really sweet and thanked me for my patience since she was on the phone when I came in but I didnt even think about it! Overall 10/10 and will be back.
