5 /5 Michael Lenig: You couldn’t ask for a better group of people who exhibit superior customer service and a skill set like no one else around. Needed quick service before an out of town trip and they took me right in - assessed my truck and needed maintenance - provided me a quote and allowed me to decide what to do and where to go…even if it wasn’t with them. They didn’t charge for the assessment and gave an honest explanation and quote. Even showed me what was wrong so I could see first hand. Their actions, friendly atmosphere, transparency, and integrity has gained them a customer for life. A special shout out to Dave and Denny for the understanding, quick turnaround and quality service. Same for those who worked on the truck!

2 /5 Keon Glenn: 2nd time taking my car up there. The 1st was during the winter. My heater was blowing cold air. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix it. They 1st replaced a part that shouldve been replaced. Didnt check for issue, just took my word on what I thought was wrong and just started work. Had to take it back to them. Didnt even get a proper record on what was actually fixed. I figured Id give them a 2nd chance yesterday when my car wouldnt start. Brought it to them by 3:30 and was told it would be looked at the next day. I called around 10am to check to see if they got it in and was told they wouldnt get to it today. Starting off just like the last time. Then said he never told me they could get to my car today. They were banking on me being stuck and having to leave it there. I grabbed my car and took it somewhere else. They act very FUNNY there. My wife can take her car up there and get it back the next day with no issues. With me, its very unprofessional and a lot of playing dumb.

5 /5 Michael Sirica: Totally Honest Company I had a problem that every U- tube video I watched described the many issues that it could be. After dropping off my vehicle without any appointment they welcomed me with open arms like I belonged there, and they were expecting me. This was the first time I had ever been there. After trouble shooting my car they gave me an estimate of the parts that needed to be replaced and cost, I agreed to the cost and told them to repair the vehicle. After a couple of hours later I was surprised by the car was repaired and ready for pick up. But what gave me shock was the TOTAL HONESTLY of the company workers was they felt some parts didn’t need to be replaced and that saved me hundreds of dollars. They showed me they are looking out for the customers. Again thanks.
