adam stone Have taken amazing care of us with all of our vehicles, most recently took in for Brakes, rotors, and oil change. I also had Bobby check out wheel bearings because a month ago when I got new tires at one of the "Chain" tire shops they had told me wheel bearing was going bad and needed to be replaced. Glad I didnt have them do it because Bobby didnt notice anything wrong with them. They do great work and are all great guys. Was charged exactly what I was quoted. Great that there are honest mechanics still out there we will continue to go here for all of our automotive needs

Beth Johnson My vehicle broke down on Niagara Falls Blvd on a Saturday. Had to towed to kolb automotive. Called Monday morning explained to Scott what happened. He called me that afternoon let me know it was my water pump and thermostat that needed to be replaced. He was upfront and very honest about what needed to be done and the cost. He did explain it wouldnt be fixed until probably Thursday. I explained i use my vehicle but would figure something out for those few days. Well to my surprise Tuesday early evening Scott called to tell me my vehicle was done. It has ran great since no issue.

Ryan I called Nick this morning after getting him as a reference from a friend. Long story short, my Subaru started rattling and he was able to take me in the same day, identify the issue, and fix it quickly. Absolutely recommend this place, Nick runs a one-man shop but hes on-point when it comes to services. Will be taking my business to him again in the future.

Melissa Broadbent Nick is the best! You wont find anyone more honest around. He doesnt try and sell you on crap your vehicle doesnt really need like all tje other places do. His prices are reasonable an always in a timely manner. Id recommend him to everyone. Id give him 10 stars if I could.

Ken Pagels I took my 2014 explorer in for repairs that happened from a front end collision and while there I wanted rear trunk touched up. After getting the car back I started noticing things that were not right the hood and bumper have fish eyes and bubbles the windshield piller covers vibrate when driving down the road,they buffed out things and the paint has spots that are like worn through, theres 3 places that I see grey primer,the trunk has runs in the paint the drivers side fender is bowed out,trim has huge gaps,Im not impressed with there work and wish I had time to take car back but usually if its something not done right the first time then its not worth going back

Sherri King What an amazing experience. They made an unfortunate situation, better. They were upfront about the process and what to expect. I was kept updated with progress reports. They handle all the insurance supplements. But the biggest surprise came when we picked the vehicle up!!!! They detailed the vehicle and it looked and smelled like the day we picked it up from the dealership. Thank you to everyone at Select Collision. I highly recommend them if you ever need any collision work. (Heck, Im going to see if they will detail my other vehicle)

Tabitha Fleming-Weinerth Jim from dans tire and auto towing was amazing! He is an extremely honest and good man. We were almost 2 hours from home and didnt know anyone or anything about where we were i had 4 kids with me and was scared. He totally could have taken advantage of our bad situation. But helped get our vehicle taken care of, and towed it 95 miles to our hometown. Even though it was 11 at night! Can not recommend them enough! God Bless Jim from Dans tire and automotive!

Bradley Haggerty Brought my vehicle here to address noises coming from under the hood. I spent $400 on a water pump replacement. When they did the water pump replacement they dropped a bolt inside my timing belt housing, which ate up the belt. This may have been done intentionally so I would have to come back, but I would never come back here. After I got my car back I could tell something was wrong from the noise and smoke coming from under the hood. I had to spend another $400 for a good mechanic to redo the water pump job correctly. I also had to spend another $450 to have the timing belt problem fixed. Despite this mechanic previously having only positive testimonials, I ended up paying this mechanic to damage my car. I left this mechanic with more problems than I started with. They do not care, they want to separate you from your money, and get you off their property and out of their hair asap. If you read this and then choose to go there for a repair, then you have no one to blame but yourself for what is about to happen to you.

My Name Is Alec Not very comfortable looking. The "waiting area" was nothing but a dirty looking couch and I was afraid I was going to catch something from going into the bathroom, but they brought in a cute dog. On the other hand they get the job done. I just needed new tires put on my car, so it was nothing complex. Took about an hour and a half. Edit: About a year or two later I called to have an oil change done, but was declined due to the above review. Oh, well. It is what it is.

Adam Brophy What a lifesaver! I was on a drive out to Albany and had an issue, so I pulled off in Batavia. Jason the owner got to my vehicle quickly, identified the issue, showed me the problem and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Incredible honesty, and didn’t charge me and arm and a leg. Highly recommend to everyone.

Skyler Gernstl I am updating my review to let you know that this shop has one my business time and time again and Ive gone there many times in a row because of the amazing nature of this company and the employees. If I could rate this a 10 out of five I would because these people are probably one of the most respectful and honest auto shop companies around. This is the 5th time I have gone to westcott auto care and when I say you are going to be taken care of here I mean you are going to be taken care of here. They do not BS around or try over selling other services that you do not need. They do not take advantage of customers either. This is a very very respectful company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else. I was on the verge of tears because of an issue with my vehicle and they werent able to situate it very fast. Thank you wescott Auto Care for being you!!!

John Peck Do not go there. I had an appointment at 830 am. I got there on time and the shop was closed. The owner did not get there until about 1000 am. The agreement was to have my motorcycle completely detailed (wash, wax and polished). The owner promised the job would be done at 4 pm. I went back at 4 pm only to find the shop closed. They advertise they are open to 5 pm. I repeatedly called the shop phone number with no answer. I then contacted the sheriffs office who was able to locate the owner. The owner then came to the shop an hour later. My motorcycle had only been half washed and was still dirty. There were also several parts that had been loosened presumably from using too much water pressure. A total poor experience. STAY AWAY.

Bubba After being to other shops an trying to find someone I could actually trust the last year I came across these guys an all I can say is I’m more than happy I did! Adam an the guys were great to talk to an break down what they’d do to fix the issue I was haven with my alignment an got me in an out. I couldn’t of asked to work with a better shop an guys that share the knowledge. I will only deal with these guys from here on out without a doubt an have recommended to several people already! Jared Bailey Great mechanics work here. They have worked and kept upkeep on multiple of my motorcycles. Great prices and full of knowledge with skills to customize anything. They also work on other toys . Wheelers. Golf cart. Jet skis. Dirt bikes. And more.. They have a phone number. But its easier to go there directly and speak to someone. Because the phone isnt getting answered most the time. And the reasoning for that is that there hands are always busy fixing. They take pride in there work and aim to not only please there customer. But to turn there customer into family. And thats the atmosphere you get at AMPerformance. Need some work done . Come check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Autumn Just spoke with the lady who answers the phone. I was stressed about a crack in our RV windshield and having to make a trip back across the country at the end of the week. Of all the places I called she was the only one who would answer my questions honestly and not try to sell me a whole new windshield. For that I’ll be referring all my relatives and friends who live here to Robb’s Glass. Thank you ma’am for your help!

Jane Burton-McKeehen Fantastic customer service start to finish! My back hatch window brackets broke in two,they were able to source parts and replace glass in a couple of days. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for your glass needs.

Donald Banach I brought my car to repaired.Thermostat replaced.My car over heated .Brought it back because it was leaking from the hose after they replaced thermostat.They said it was fixed the hose.Okay.Car overheated again. WHy because they should have replaced what they broke.Did they know of course.tried to cover what they broke.Some man helped me and fixed my car cost me 20.00 to repair.Also had a codes done on my car again after they failed my car.None of the codes that were listed came up.Why? then wanted to charge me again for inspection I already paid for.Also charged me 69.00 for coolant flush.Never happened.Topped off.The coolant is still filthy.Thanks guys you got busted

Philip Floyd I bought new 80,000 mile tires here, heard some noise from tires when I returned 4000 miles later to rotate them. The mechanics here told me there was nothing to worry about. 3000 miles later I had to bring my car to the Chevy Dealer in Batavia because my engine light was on. I asked the to look at my tires due to vibration and humming. They told me my tires were ALL chopped on the inside. When I brought the car back to G.L> their "tire guy" came and said oh yea we can sell you new tires at 10% cost after I get an alignment. After my alignment I returned to G.L. JUST TO FIND OUT THEY LIED! They refused then to take responsibility! Ive spent $1000s at this place and now they will not see another penny of mine!!!!
