The Detail Shop - Batavia (NY)

1 /5 John Peck: Do not go there. I had an appointment at 830 am. I got there on time and the shop was closed. The owner did not get there until about 1000 am. The agreement was to have my motorcycle completely detailed (wash, wax and polished). The owner promised the job would be done at 4 pm. I went back at 4 pm only to find the shop closed. They advertise they are open to 5 pm. I repeatedly called the shop phone number with no answer. I then contacted the sheriffs office who was able to locate the owner. The owner then came to the shop an hour later. My motorcycle had only been half washed and was still dirty. There were also several parts that had been loosened presumably from using too much water pressure. A total poor experience. STAY AWAY.

5 /5 Alicia Thomas: I recently had my vehicle detailed at The Detail Shop. James did an amazing job making my car look and smell like new! I had tons of winter grime on my floor mats leftover from the long haul and was pleasantly surprised that it’s now completely gone and my floor mats look like they’re brand new. Not to mention, friends and family have been commenting on how great the whole car looks, inside and out! Thank you for a great experience!

1 /5 Justin Hinman: Terrible service, nothing but problems when I went there, took a month to change my spark plugs, coil packs and valve cover gasket, stud broken in valve cover and didnt bother to fix it, just put caulk all over my new coil pack! Also tools missing out of my trunk that I know was in there, do not recommend going there!
