5 /5 Mm Sch: We needed to bring our car in after it was damaged by what we can only assume was a forklift. The way the car was hit it affected so many different parts so it was an involved fix. Goshen Collision got us in for an estimate quickly and had us booked and ready to go in no time for repairs. They worked directly with our insurance so it was very easy. Repairs were done perfectly and the car was returned to us fully cleaned inside and out. I really appreciated that they kept us updated day by day on the progress and estimated date of completion. They were quicker than any other body shop we’ve used and they did great work. We won’t go anywhere else going forward!!

1 /5 Gabe G: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car to the body shop for collision repairs last fall since my insurance covered this location. They held my car for 6 business days because they simply did not have the part, which made it difficult for me to get to work and school. The last 4-5 months, I have been experiencing concerning and loud creaking noises in my car. Assuming it was unrelated, I brought my car in for repair to see what the issue was. However, the mechanic’s shop said nothing was wrong with my brakes, shocks, or suspension. The issue they found was that pieces of my car’s BODY were loose (and had been progressively getting looser as I drove). I could have broke down completely on the side of the road! I am returning to this business soon to bring this serious issue to their attention. I am NOT paying the bill for these expenses as they were not caused by me but instead by negligence. There is NO reason my car should have loose parts after 6 days in shop.
