Andy worked his butt off to figure it out, going so far as to bring in a regional GM rep to work on it late into the evenings. He spent hours and hours of his time on it, and then refused to charge me for the time. He is a pleasure to deal with and will be the only one to touch my cars again. Thanks, Andy!
