1 /5 Anthony Donovan: More than 3 weeks ago I submitted paperwork for new patient. I had to call back several times and never was able to speak to an actual doctor. The receptionist had ASKED me what was wrong, ( what happened to doctor/patient privilege laws?). They said my paperwork was somewhere in a folder on the doctors deck and that they couldn’t locate it, until I told them the issue then they suddenly found it. Still I had to call every 4-5 days to try to get an answer. This morning after more than 3 weeks I get a call from the girl that supposed to handle it and she left a message saying they were no longer accepting new patients and that they had staff leave. I think the receptionists pick and chose who they want. Must be a “small town small mind thing”. Either way they wasted 3+ weeks of my time when there could actually be something serious going on. Good thing I had a plan B going on just in case. I get seen on the 25th. Thanks for nothing Cs.
