Lorraine Rice: Dr. Adelson is fantastic. Not only is he an expert in his field he has an awesome bedside manner taking time with his patients to make them feel comfortable while understanding all technical aspects of their particular situation. While you may need to be patient in wait time to see him he is well worth the wait!

D Taras: The last place I want to be is in an emergency animal hospital . It’s scary when your fur baby requires immediate attention especially on a Sunday morning . However the staff makes you feel welcome & offers the fastest care they can . We were seen within 30 minutes & the veterinary doctor assured us he had a soft tissue injury & didn’t think he needed any X-rays . He prescribed pain medication & instructions for 10 days & could follow up with our own vet if anything came up, I feel they were compassionate , understanding, and took great care of our fur patient. The hospital waiting room is very clean & large with plenty of seats . It even had a coffee bar and vending machine . I highly recommend this animal hospital. This is my girl waiting patiently for her brother .

Sheila Carpenter: As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Selina Newkirk: Review is in regards to one doctor and the front desk. I called to make an appointment about a week and a half ago. My medications needed to be checked as I didnt feel they were working appropriately. The receptionist I dealt with had me on and off hold for about 10 minutes total. She wouldnt give me her name so I have no idea who I was dealing with. She told me that the provider I had been seeing, who I was so happy with, left the practice about a month and a half ago so I needed to see someone else. That was fine until she told me the one doctor who I dont want to see. (Previous experiences with that doctor and being told that I was not allowed to come to their practice for ear infections any more and that I needed to go wait at Albany ENT urgent care going forward any time I had one). I asked nicely if there was anyone else I could possibly see because Dr. Elliot and myself- our personalities just dont mesh well. She then became rather irritated that I wanted to see someone else. She told me I would have to wait for the office manager to call me to make my appointment. I asked if I was in trouble or needed to find another GP, she said no but she couldnt make my appointment and Id have to wait. After a long silence, I asked if we were good after giving my phone number. She quickly ended the call. Fast forward to a week and a half later, I still havent received the call. So I called today and spoke with a woman named Emily, who took the time to help me and get me scheduled with a different provider. Idk if the office manager blew me off or the receptionist never forwarded my message. Either way, Im glad I wasnt dealing with something super serious where time was of the essence; I wouldve been 6ft under still waiting for that call.

Siobhan MacLeod: Went in for a yearly mole check. The office staff were very courteous and helped me with the portal log in. I met with Leena Brown and her nurse who were both amazing. Took their time with me and removed two problem areas. Very satisfied with the entire office and will definitely recommend them to everyone.
Kyle R. Flik, MD - Albany
    Kyle R. Flik, MD
Judy Rodgers: Dr Flik was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I took him an MRI film from a 3rd world country. He had me do an x-ray and quickly gave me a diagnosis that I recognized as true. This is after 15 months of cortisone shots, PT and other processes that werent helping. I appreciated his knowledge, kindness and willingness to help as quickly as possible.

D G: Awful service. They have become so lazy that they require you to check in before you show up. They use a portal different from everyone else (cant just use.mychart huh). Pediatric care is terrible. I can never get scripts in a timely fashion. They are ONLY about getting you to come in, everyone else does not require a sick call for every little thing. They are always rude on the phone and refuse to help. Find a different location, they are terrible

Mr. Vacca: Great service and staff. I was running a half hour late to my appointment and called in advance to let them know I was going to be late. They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!

Ricardo Brown: Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Atalay I visited with my wife who was his patient, ŵhat I saw made me want to become a patient of his as well, his insights, professionalism and mannerisms were refreshing to see as one of her previous doctors was gruff and confrontational. Its only been one visit but I am pleased thus far.
