1 /5 Catherine _run4rain_: I have been trying to get an appointment for my husband for three weeks. He went to the ER and they found a mass on his brain. The ER consulted with a doctor from this practice, we were directed to call this office, and the ER faxed over his records. The first time I called, I was told they didnt receive a fax and to fax his records over. So I requested the ER fax the records over. I called back within the hour and they said they had my husbands records and they would need 48 hours to get him aligned with the correct doctor. When I called back two days later, we were told they hadnt received any fax. We were routed to a different person who gave us a different fax number, but the story is the same-multiple calls, multiple times of requesting the ER to fax over the records, and no fax received on their end. Absolutely incredibly frustrating.
