1 /5 R Matthews: After multiple attempts to get someone on the phone, I decided to go to the office to make an appointment. While at the office I was told they couldn’t help me schedule an appointment and that all appointments are scheduled through the nurse’s triage department. The lady at the desk said to call the number. The same number I’ve been calling for hours without getting an answer. Whoever is in charge of running this place is clearly not competent enough. I left without my daughter being seen or getting an appointment. Nice to know our taxes are being put into service that aren’t working for us.
