1 /5 Phillip Toney: Absolutely terrible! 4 days before my daughters surgery, they cancel the surgery. We have been jumping through hoops for over a year with the ENT doctor to have this surgery and now we are told they cannot do it because of the patients body mass index. Catholic health is the new owners of ambulatory surgery have created new guidelines. Catholic health is the reason my daughter cannot have this surgery.

5 /5 Dan Stachelski III: The treatment and care that this center gives its patients is beyond what I ever expected. Every interaction with nurses and the anesthesiologist was positive and reassuring. Knowing that this was my first surgery, they explained things to me and calmed my nerves beforehand. During my surgery, my parents received texts from the center to let them know were I was in the process - from pre-op to post-op. Thank you to all the staff and the anesthesiologist who took care of me. If I ever need surgery again, I would feel so comfortable coming here. The team is amazing and its evident that they love what they do here and have a genuine care for each individual patient. This was the most peaceful medical experience Ive ever had or witnessed. Many thanks and keep up the amazing work!

1 /5 Nick Danner: If I could give a 0 I would. We had a surgery scheduled for tomorrow and today we had it canceled because of BMI. My daughter was so happy to start feeling better after this now whe is going to be very upset that this happened. We have been trying to get her tonsils removed for months. And we have wasted months dealing with this place what a waste of money and time. Now we have to get our money back that they hounded us for to schedule the surgery.

1 /5 susan gall: The surgery center itself was satisfactory and I have no complaints. My complaint is with billing. I paid before my procedure and found out I was overcharged! Trying to get my $925 refund has been a nightmare. I am told the refund is approved but for some reason it has not been sent to me. I cannot get anyone to explain and when I am told to call the manager my calls are not returned. This is no way to run a business and I would not go back. Please beware what they ask you to pay upfront

1 /5 Tina McMasters: My experience after surgery at the ambulatory surgery center of Western NY. I had surgery on April 11, 2024, My nurse before surgery was great but the one afterwards gave me the impression that she had a problem with me, So to tell you how it started, I woke up from surgery in so much pain that I started crying. The pain was so agonizing I didnt know what else to do. So this nurse informed me that she gave me everything that she could have given me which at this point I still never said anything to her. I"m still crying at this point. So another nurse walked by and asked what was going on and she told the nurse that she didnt know and that she gave me everything. So I asked her if she could help me go to the bathroom when she roughly started handling my arm that just was operated on while she knew I was already in pain because I had been crying and saying my arm hurts multiple times before I asked about the restroom. So as she continued to hurt my arm putting on my shirt. she then put my pants on the same way and then started complaining about my shoes I wore. She literally asked me why was Im wearing my shoes and I said its raining out and she then said so why did you have to wear these? I stopped responding to her and asked her where Dr. Tettro was and she then replied that he is in surgery. So I called my pain management Dr because If Im in this much pain now how would this look like at home. She then told me to hang up my phone and I responded no, so because I said no she refused to give me my discharge information after she called my driver back to see me she explained some things to them instead. At some point she went and told DR. Tetro something because when he came out he had so much to say to me without even knowing the full story. He didnt give me a chance to tell my side which made me more disappointed because Ive been his patient for over a year and thought we had a good Dr/patient relationship so I just left. When I left I didnt even know how and when I could bathe. Ive had like about 8 surgeries in my life and have never felt that kind of pain afterwards and have never been treated the way that I was at this facility. This was the worst experience Ive had in my entire life. Something should be done about this. They have a worker with an issue and I hope that she hasnt made anyone else feel this way and they just havent complained about it to you. After I made this complaint the Dr that did the surgery no longer saw me to explain or apologize nothing, he just pasted me off to his assistant and the person I complained to on the phone just said we will take care of it. Don’t go there

Albert Testa: Went to the Summit location today for a 1:30 appointment. Waiting room was full to the brim with people that had been waiting a long time. Got to the room and was left for over and hour with no sign of seeing the doctor anytime soon. I wish I could say this is isolate but it isn’t. This is the worst run office I’ve ever gone to. The fault is mine for not switching sooner but that will be corrected. The desk staff is disengaged, generally playing on their phone which is ironic since I get get them to answer the office phone whenever I call. Just embarrassing. Thst said Dr Jensen is a rock star but one doctor can’t do it all

I trusted this place with my health and being hung up on repeatedly by the staff here has lead me to writing this review. You don’t hang up on people that are following up after another hospital visit because this place has failed as a health provider. The appointment I’m Still waiting on should have been suggested months ago but since I’m dealing with a bunch of pill pushers that don’t believe in dangerous medication interactions, I’m forced to wait like 8 visits to the ER in 2 months is normal. This place deserves to be investigated.

Caitlin Kunichika: Just WOW! The staff is amazing and the process was so easy and honestly ideal for littles! We reserved a time and when we got there we were seen without 5 minutes of our scheduled time. This was a drive for us (about 50 mins) but it beats having to wait in an ER or urgent care waiting room for an extended amount of time with a sick toddler. I highly recommend this place and will continue to make the trip when we need to

Reminded constantly that you are not alone and the support is there for you. Dr Sanders sits and answers all your questions. You leave feeling so well informed and ready to start your journey. The medical staff and nursing staff are amazing! Especially Brooke, she is a blessing for me. Worked so hard to help me when things were tossed at me and I couldn’t navigate them. She stepped in and saved the day! Always reminded me I wasn’t alone and she was only a phone call away. Went above and beyond to get me to surgery day. Amazing staff and amazing doctors and amazing facilities! No regrets

Hidaya Majeed: I am beyond furious with the service at this doctor’s office. They never answer the phone, making it absolutely impossible to get through for appointments or inquiries. It’s as if they don’t care about their patients at all. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get someone to pick up, only to be met with endless ringing or rude, dismissive staff when someone finally answers. The staff’s attitude is appalling. They are consistently rude, unprofessional, and treat patients like a burden. It’s clear that they have no interest in providing decent customer service or even basic human decency. Their indifference is infuriating and unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the wait times are a complete joke. Despite having an appointment, I’ve never waited less than an hour to be seen. The waiting room is overcrowded and uncomfortable, making the experience even worse. It’s obvious that this office is grossly mismanaged and has zero respect for their patients’ time. Overall, this place is a nightmare. The lack of communication, horrendous customer service, and absurdly long wait times make it one of the worst medical offices I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other practices out there that actually care about their patients and know how to run an office properly.

Meegan Panzarella: Please take the time to read Dr Leos reviews. I wish we had. My grandmother was a patient of Dr Leo for severe depression. We watched her decline over the period of a year under his care. My grandmother contacted him multiple times when she was feeling very depressed and anxious, explaining she was not doing well and needed help. His comment was, "There is no pill for loneliness", and made no changes in her medication. (This was documented in his records also that he told her this). She was humiliated and felt more anxious and helpless. She had even called 911 twice for help. Her daughter was in psychiatry for 30 years (retired) and reached out to Dr Leo regarding her symptoms and concerns. She explained she stopped taking care of herself, wasn’t eating and lost 20 pounds and was sleeping all the time. As she continued to worsen, her daughter again called and emailed Dr Leo. Being a doctor, I contacted him next, expressing my concerns and asking why he had not responded to the calls and emails from her daughter. He was cocky and rude and said he was not going to have another practitioner recommend care and that he was refusing to respond to her at all. He was very hostile during our conversation. When I asked if he could prescribe something to help her, he refused to discuss her care any further. He said he had her daughter calling and now me, and refused to discuss her care further. He said, he "does not want to deal with family calling". He said, he "keeps his client case level small and not complicated" and said, "he is not willing to deal with this". We received a letter in the mail that he fired her as a patient. We have now obtained her medical records and he did not document any of our conversations, nor did he include her daughters three emails and phone calls in his medical record (poor documentation and not practicing at the standard of care per the APA). I took the time to write this review because I never want anyone to go through what we did. Dr Leo lacks character, compassion and did not demonstrate any passion or caring for the resolution of someone suffering from mental illness. He is narcissistic and cocky and was threatened by collaboration and outside concern and input. Please do not make the same mistake we did at the cost of our grandmothers mental health.

Katheryn Pratt: I went here in 2015, The staff are horribly abusive, They forced me to stay on the "boy side" after another patient suffering psychosis choked me. They manipulated and lied to my legal guardian forcing me to move in with my abuser. They falsely diagnosed me and put me on medications that did more harm then good, Use physical and chemical restraints and the staff bully patients like its a game. Also they weaponize "privileges" to make you more compliant. I have PTSD from my time here and you should not send your child here.

Facility is old and needs updating one shower , one crappy phone .. food was warm and good for most part .. programs has some busy time and some down time..... I give a higher star if not for facility it self . Glad it was close and accessible for me.
