I am very nervous at the dentist, and Dr. Ramsay and the nurses in the office were all very friendly, explaining the procedure, billing, and processes clearly so I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Ramsay was patient with me during my procedure and his gentle and soft-spoken disposition put me at ease. Im looking forward to other appointments at this office!

5 /5 courtney Harty: I seriously cannot recommend atlas dental enough!! I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist because of previous bad experiences. The receptionist is the SWEETEST person ever and remembered my name only my second time in there! The dentist is so sweet and listens to concerns, I just got a filling that normally wouldn’t require numbing and when I told him it hurt he didn’t even question it he just numbed me and it was completely painless after. He is also very gentle and calm which makes the experience much more relaxing. They were also super quick to get me seen and then to get my cavity filled which was amazing. 10/10 recommend especially if you get anxious about going the dentist like me

Amber: Extremely rude! I have never in my life had a "professional " speak to me the way she did. Takes full mouth x ray, and then asks me a question about the last provider, when I go to tell her "theyre currently having issues processing insurance claims" , she then asks me "if Im going to keep talking or let her work" so taken back, she obviously noticed my look of disgust, be cause she says "Im sorry Im very Blunt" I said "ok, so am I so lets do this" she puts her fingers in my mouth and says "we can do this but its not going to fit , and youre not going to be happy" so then I say " if I get them, and they dont fit , what are my options then?" She says "theres no money involved so ?" Excuse me , my insurance pays for it.. so while I might not be handing you cash she still gets paid. I said "you know what how unprofessional are you!? You ask me questions then when I answer, you basically tell me to shut up because Im asking questions about my own dental care?" I said "no way am I letting anyone pay you, youre extremely rude and unprofessional and your attitude is surely going run your business straight into the ground". The state now knows of her rude and unethical ways, and might I add that your facility is nasty.. I will be calling the health department next. The reviews of your business practices say it all!!

Sergio Girgenti: The work Dr Matthew has done in my mouth is nothing short of amazing. He’s the most knowledgeable and incredibly creative dentist I ever known. He has restored my mouth to total functionality, when I was left to the only choice of wearing a denture for the rest of my life. I owe him a big debt of gratitude, as his dental reconstructive work is priceless. The entire team is wonderful, everyone is so charming, helpful, and attentive to your needs. The assistants are a special group of angels. I appreciate all of them. ❤️ Really highly recommended, just great!

Melony Ruiz: This dentist office is top tier when it comes to treatment planning and dental advise. The staff are all professional and most of all very welcoming. I didnt feel forced or obligated to anything, it was a friendly vibe, especially their manager. She knew her stuff and what her providers specialize in. They offer treatment that can be done in one visit, compared to all the offices i went too. Those types of treatment take 3 to 4 visits. I was extremely impressed with all their high tech technology as well. definitely a 10 out of 10.

The hygienist are always friendly and do an amazing job taking care of your teeth. The front desk staff is always friendly and smiling. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist I do I would recommend this office and practice to anyone!

Danny Tingue: Went to Eastman dental to have tooth pulled. They took x-rays and looked at it then told me they couldnt do the surgery there, I needed to go to 4th floor to Eastman institute for oral health. They charged me $151 and told me to go up there. I went to the 4th floor and was charged another $89 just for a consultation to schedule an appointment. I expressed that I was sent up from downstairs and had already paid but nope had to pay again. After seeing another doctor he said they couldnt do it today and I would have to schedule to come back. When scheduling they wanted $4000+ down payment just to schedule appointment. So basically I spent over six hours in waiting room, paid $240 for absolutely nothing, and walked out still in pain with no service and $240 out of my pocket for absolutely nothing in return!!! Bunch of crooked crooks!!!!
