Mike and the team were professional, friendly, and jumped into action, even though I had just dropped a broken car at their doorstep. They quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair efficiently. Dealing with car trouble is never fun, but A & P made the whole process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

Julia Counterman I have used Whites decades ago but this time my experience was not as great. Our Jeep was finished midway through the day. I was surprised at the speed at getting the job done but was disappointed with the work. See pictures. Also, we dropped it with seat covers and thought they would put them back on. Instead they were piled up on a wet rubber mat we have to protect the carpets. They also left a wet cloth in the back.

Timothy P. Moxley I brought my 04 TSX in to Murphys thinking it was the crankshaft pulley that was negatively impacting my A/C unit. I bought the part had it delivered and turns out NOPE it was that, it was a $17. sensor. Tims mechanic sussed it out and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price of the Crank pulley replacement. Who does that any more.!!?? Excellent Service again they noticed my Inspection timed out so they handled that too. High Five Stars all around Your Team rocks !!

Nick Sard Murphys is excellent! We have been taking our cars there for nearly 5 years and have always had a good experience. They do quality work at reasonable prices. The folks that work the front desk are great - they are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

He was very quick with the repairs, and the price was very reasonable for what needed to be done! I would recommend him to anyone with car issues, locally owned businesses are the way to go! Ive had a better experience with this shop than Ive ever had at Monroe Muffler and this was my first visit.

Cassandra G Bracy’s is an extremely reliable, trustworthy, & honest repair shop. As a single woman, I’m always hesitant to look for a place to take my car. I’ve had some pretty crappy experiences with being lied to & paying too much. Thankfully I read the great reviews on here & decided to try Bracy’s. They did a great job & called me later that afternoon, with it finished. I was impressed that even though I had a transmission issue, they helped me get my sunroof shut. My car was running beautifully after I left. The price was fair & reasonable. I couldn’t be happier. I thought it only right to take the time to write a review for the next person in my shoes.

Sarah Mckinnon I heard bad reviews from people that I know but they were the closest thing to me at the moment. They charged me for hours that were unnecessary. They don’t call back bc they can’t handle owning this business & the race track that they own. I will not go there again

After having experienced poor workmanship, price gouging, and refusal to stand by their work, I am very pleased to have found people who really do care about the customers satisfaction and a competent crew whose members are experts in their field. I needed help with a very complex electrical problem, and it was diagnosed quickly and fixed to perfect operating order. As has been said by another customer "from the front desk to the mechanics in the back", JAKES is the place for better than fair prices and EXPERT repair work!

J B Was told to go here by state farm for an estimate on damage done to my vehicle. Rate away the lady at the front desk is snobby. John that came out to look at my vehicle wasnt very friendly. He told me he would put some numbers together and give me a call. I waited two days and called them to find out estimate wasnt done because John was not in the office. I called state farm and they sent an adjuster rate out. I could only imagine how long it would have taken this place to get my car actually fixed. Bottom line consider other places. By the way not much was damaged on my car so I could imagine the nightmare if would have been for someone with more damage. You have been warmed!!!

tracie gioia Brian is a great guy! Honest mechanic! I messaged him on a Saturday about an issue with my car, he called me back on the weekend! Video chatted with me to try to solve the problem!! When that failed, he offered to come to my house!!! Never had such genuine care and honesty from a mechanic that wasn’t family!! The whole group of guys there are amazing!! Even come in early to drive you home when you need to leave your car for the day! Recommend a thousand times!! Ten out of ten!!!

j t Had a last minute issue with none of my marker lights were working on my camper. Called these guys and they found the wires chewed up by some damn nice! Quickly finding the issue made it so we didn’t have to cancel our trip to old forge. Derek was very personable and let me know of details during the work being done. Thanks again!! Judy Ulchinsky The Goodyear Tire facility is one that I will go back to. Now we know about tires and car maintenance. This facility takes care of everything you need in New York. But the special thing is that they fix your smaller tires. I somehow managed to mangle one of my gator tires and they fixed it so quickly. Keep this facility in mind when you need tires or repair. The management was excellent, and the service people were very very nice.

Penny Lane Everytime, and every interaction has been beyond phenomenal. Possibly the only car place that has not been dishonest. Above board and completely transparent. Fast and trustworthy service. Over the years I have always dreaded looking for a good trustworthy mechanic. It is always a scary and stressful situation. I am forever thankful to have found this place. Annakin I can not say enough good things about this place. Being female, car repair places have always tried to rip me off. I went to 2 big main repair places, each said I need a different things which prompted me to go to "The Car Shop." Not only didnt I need the expensive repairs , it was a very inexpensive fix. It is so refreshing to go to a repair place not worrying if I am going to have have to spend a ton of money on unneeded reapairs. He is very honest and will even tell me when something can wait to be repaired. So glad I dumped the big repair places and have stop getting ripped off:)

Christina DeLeon Went today knowing I’d be dropping some $$$, but repairs they had to be done. Bill greeted me and was so professional. He confirmed what services I was seeking and made sure they had my tires, as I needed new ones. I appreciated both Bill and Dallas taking the time to explain what repairs were suggested and also showed me on actual parts what was wrong. I was told the steps that’d be taken to get everything running strong again. For all the car repairs/replacements, I was literally out in under two hours! The total price was absolutely fair for all the work done, and I am happy to know I have a 24 month warranty on my brake parts. I booked an appointment online, as they get very busy. I highly recommend this shop and staff!
